So we going to talk about a series today that called “Prison Playbook”, it’s on Netflix. first thing i wanna say is that i love this series, so differtent from other series that are popular now this days.

[Synopsis]
It’s about Kim Je-Hyeok (Park-Hae-soo) a star baseball pitcher in korea who is incarcerated after excessively assaulting a man who attempted to rape his younger sister Kim Je-Hee (Lim Hwa Young). When he hears his sister scream  on a night and sees a man running out of her apartment. Je-Hyeok and the man get in to a physical struggle with the, but it comes to a end when Je-Hyeok strike the men with a rock. Later Je-Hyeok receives a 1 year in prison sentence for using excessive force. Devastated Je-Hyeok must adapt to life prison.
When he had arrived at prison he was met by his old good friend from his past Joon-Ho (Jung Kyoung-Ho) who also did played baseball with him. Joon-Ho now works as prison guard in the prison where Je-Hyeok stays. Je-Hyeok have to manage and adjust to prisonlife with the help of his cellmates/inmates, and his old best friend.
It’s captivating drama revolving around the lives of convicts behind bars and duty officers working in the correctional facilities.

We follow the daily live of the inmates and their personal struggels, daily routines that they go, familie drama’s. Alot of touching stories of a group of prisoners and some of the correction officers  at the Seobu Detention Center and later on, at Seobu Penitentriary.
