When Zuke has a crush on you

It kind of just happened really.

It was like any other day hanging out with you and Mayday that he didn't really think much of it. I mean, you three were just eating at Aunty's place and just enjoying your time together. You had just gotten done working so Mayday offered to pay for your meal. Not Zuke's, just yours.

He actually met you through Mayday. Apparently you and May were childhood friends, when they were hijacking the concerts and got on the news you quickly recognized May and decided to call her after all these years.

You two got in a long call and you soon moved to Vinyl City into a decent sized apartment. After that May showed you all over, even all the dead-end alleyways. And Finally introducing you to Zuke who was just happy to be there.

You and Zuke got along fairly quickly to Mayday's enjoyment. Her two best friends hanging out. It was the best she could ask for!

Zuke stared down at the burger and fries that he had ordered. Not really paying attention to you two as he was in his own world. Just thinking about his past and how he really met you. I mean, Mayday was dragging him around the city to find you. It was like a wild goosechase.

"Zuke! Hey Zuke!...Zuke!" May slapped her hand on the table, making him jump in surprise and snap out of his daydream. "I'm gonna head back to the crib. You can hang out with (y/n) if you want." She waved goodbye and left toward  the sewer.

"Oh. Sorry about that." Zuke chuckled, rubbing his neck. "Guess I dozed off for a bit." He flashes her a smile and began to munch on his now cold fries.

"It's fine. You were probably thinking about something important huh?" She Tilted your head as she bites into the burger she had ordered.

"You could say that." Zuke chuckled. His face heating up while he looked at her. Which made him confused.

'Why am I blushing? It's just (y/n)!' He thought to himself. Smiling at her bashfully as he stuffed his face so she couldn't see his blush.

'It's just (y/n). I don't know why I'm acting like this. She's a nice girl.' Zuke nodded to himself before looking up and smiling toward you.

"Do you have any plans later tonight?" She asked. "If it's not a bother, I would like to spend time with you." A small blush appeared on her face.

"Huh? Oh sure, I can just call May and we can-" Zuke quickly got cut off by her.

"Without Mayday, I mean. I just want to spend some time with you if that's alright." (Y/n) smiled over at him as the gears clicked inside his head.

"O-Oh!" Zuke's eyes widened in surprise, his stomach growing butterflies as he tried to scramble around to find his words. "Sure! I-I'd love that! I mean, if it's okay with you. No wait, I mean-" He covered his face to hide from her.

(Y/n) laughs. "Sure, how about in two hours you come pick me up at my apartment? We'll go out and have a fun time together. See you then Zuke!" She picked up her tray and threw it in the trash. Leaving him sitting alone at the table.

"Why am I like this?" Zuke groaned slightly. Covering his face as he looked around to make sure no one saw his utter failure of an attempt to try and keep calm.

"Whatever, I gotta get ready." Zuke threw away his trash and rushed down to the sewer to find his room. He had a date, and he sure was going to be ready when he picked her up
