The next "chapter" is a poem I had to write for English last year. Our motive was to write a poem about a serious issues in our world right now.

I chose depression/ self harm to spread awareness of the very real and harsh reality of poor mental health.

I do warn you that if you are easily triggered or if this hits close to home i advise to reframe from reading it.
