*~* Past *~*~

"What did you do?!" Your father voice was suddenly heard in horror, upon the earthy ground laid your pet cat Lucy laying lifeless as a small stream of smoke was erupting from the tri color fur and into the air slowly being swift away by the afternoon winds.

The sun was shining brightly in the clear blue sky, no puffy white clouds in sight. "i-i don't know! i was just petting her!" You exclaimed teary-eyed, which was true, you were enjoying the warm weather outside, the only companion you had was your cat, the only living creature you consider a friend.

Your father's green eyes scanned your eyes before averting to your body language to see any indication of lying. 'At least it was a quick death' your father thought to himself, his eyes went towards the lifeless cat once again and then towards you noticing curve lines going down both your arms stopping right above your wrist, the mysterious lines didn't stop there once his eyes gazed towards your hands he noticed five singular lines above each knuckle, the lines had something in common they were illuminating your body.

Your father was puzzled for a moment never noticing you had these lines, you weren't born with them, was this the doing of your quirk? "Let me see your hand" your father said firmly as he grabbed a hold of your small wrist, his hand was firm and felt calloused around your tiny wrist, flipping your hand over to show your palm your eyes widened at the sight now noticing your body was glowing a small daffodil color where the lines were.

Upon seeing your palm expecting it to be bare it was now imprinted with a spiral that was glowing much brighter than the other lines upon your small body. "Daddy, what's happening?" you questioned innocently, first you killed your cat and now you were glowing? what in the world was happening.

You were only ten years old, it was uncommon for a child to develop a quirk so later on into their life most had their quirks at the age of four or five. Your father was sure you would have a quirk, sometimes people were just late bloomers, nobody really know why quirks show up later than the average age they do show, today was the day your quirk decided to make a grand entrance.

Your father was top twenty pro hero's in Japan, his quirk was photosynthesis he got his energy from the sun allowing his stamina, and his body healing to be extraordinary fast, he was like a living plant. Your mother on the other hand? you didn't know who your mother was, you had no memories of her, everytime you tried to bring up your mother to your father just to get some info squeezed out of him, he would shut you down quickly changing the subject to something else that didn't involve her.

Hearing the softness of your voice your father eyes softened at your confused facial expression before finally speaking "You finally discovered your quirk"

"Well this is it"

You mumbled softly to yourself, your eyes staring at the large building infront of you; the building where every pro hero goes to become the best hero and that was the famous UA. The sun shined brightly in the morning sky as a morning breeze softly kissed any exposed skin you were willing to expose, you were so glad the school uniforms blocked your arms so you wouldn't be glowing like a glow stick from the sun seeping into your lines that was traced upon your delicate skin and for your hands you wore a black pair of gloves.
