Crying reyyan held onto the lapel of his wet coat " your going to be a father in 5 months miran. I can't do this alone anymore miran I need you with me lütfen lütfen" she broke down in his arms .

Miran couldn't believe what his ears were hearing his world stopped in that one moment... Did reyyan just say he was going to be a father ? He miran Aslanbey was going to have a mini version of himself he couldn't believe what he was hearing .
He pulled reyyan away and looked down at her , taking her tear stained face in his palms he wanted to wipe those tears away and hug her tight but before that he had to confirm what he had just heard " reyyan are you really pregnant ?" reyyan smiled and took his hand and placed it on her very faint but rounded belly and nodded her head . It was all the confirmation miran needed and he swept her off her feet and swung her around in joy making reyyan swing her head back and laugh through her tears.
She had expected such a reaction from miran she never doubted he would react otherwise afterall it was the only wish that he wanted to come true on valentines day and it did.

Setting her down on her feet he looked at reyyan lovingly touching her baby bump then he did the one thing that even reyyan wanted to do from the moment she came face to face with miran to kiss him till they both were out of breath and that is what happened their lips fused ,they poured all their emotions out into the kiss.
Panting they both parted only to lock their foreheads together and smile at each other with happiness shinning through their eyes .

The rumbling of thunder outside broke the couples bubble of happiness making them realise they were still in their rain drenched clothes and needed to change into fresh clothes asap.
Reyyan went to get mirans clothes and change into her own ... She changed into a lose sweatshirt and lounge pants and came back into the living room with miran's clothes in hand. She handed it over to miran only for miran to look at her in surprise these were his t-shirt and pants how did she have it with her? .
She turned to get something hot prepared for them when miran held her wrist she knew what he was gonna ask so she answered before he could utter the words " yes miran these are your clothes and not any other man's as you believed , and yes I stole them from your dresser before I left ".
"why " miran could just whisper .
"I took them just incase I missed your smell and couldn't sleep, which actually happened when I laid my head on the pillow the very 1st night here in istanbul . I couldn't sleep for hours only when I pulled out your clothes and layed them beside me on the bed did I feel your presence through your smell and that put me to sleep right away but it started to slowly fade away each time I put it to wash and now its totally vanished " reyyan sighed.

Miran was awestruck by reyyan's disclosure how could someone love him to such lengths, he knew he would've also done the same but still it surprised him how much reyyan actually loved him.
Thanking her he went into the room she came out of to change into his clothes .
Freshly dressed he came out only to find reyyan sitting on the lounge chair with a mug of hot chocolate in her hands staring out at the rain pouring down on the streets below .
He sat down beside her and took his mug that she offered him .

" it was very difficult for me to leave you in that state miran " reyyans eyes brimmed with tears " those 48 hrs changed my life... Our life."

Flashback....

"Miran miran look at me , open your eyes miran" Reyyan screamed .
There was commotion all over but she couldn't focus on anything all she could focus on was miran's limp body in her lap .
He looked up at her for a brief moment before his eyes shut but there was no pain in them instead she felt his eyes were happy, relieved he protected her.
The moment the ambulance came everything was so blur, reyyan couldn't move she didn't know how she reached the hospital. She was in a trance but the moment miran was being wheeled into the operation theatre was her undoing she rushed to his side and held his hand crying hysterically "please come back please come back don't leave me" , she pleaded.
"Reyyan kizim... reyyan" a distraught hazar pulled reyyan away from miran and into his arms.
"Baba miran ...I cannot live without him baba" she cried into his chest
"Kizim..." zehra whispered , she was in tears seeing her daughter so broken the love of her life, her husband was fighting life and death she knew this situation first hand ...she could understand what her daughter was feeling and going through her whole world had crashed in an instant.
"Anne...mi..ra..an.." reyyan hiccuped with tears flowing.
"shhh canim nothing will happen to him Insha Allah he'l be fine" she tried to calm her daughter down.
