Chapter 13

Clayton's Pov: I wake up suddenly to something bumping me off the mattress I jump up and in the dim light I see a man in a black suit grabbing Jessica's hand I grab my pistol next to me and I fire it at him and I strike him in the stomach and he lets go of Jessica's and runs off before I could fire off another bullet I grab Jessica's and I run to go make sure Sam an Thomas are ok. I get to mattress store and Sam and Thomas are siting there wide-eyed staring at me I tell them the situation then I run to the control room and put the store in Lockdown Mode. I get back to the three and we walk around the mall and it seems the guy got away so we all go to my place since it can be easily locked down.None of us slept we couldn't...until...

Sam's Pov: We were all in Clayton's place scared out of our mind sitting on the mattress not able to sleep staring at the locked gate hoping nothing would happen but then this figure walked up to the gate seemingly peering straight through it at us its breath so heavy and its footstep so heavy it appeared nearly 7 feet tall and actually a little hunched over with yellow eyes just staring at us. we were frozen in fear literally not able to move from fear of it hearing us then it begins scratching the gate slowly then it laughed at us and we realized...this...thing whatever it is...is NOT human.

Thomas's Pov: This...thing is sitting her staring directly at us as if looking straight throught the gate and the door in front of it it is laughing and clawing at the gate and it speaks quite disturbingly "fools you think you can hide from me you will be mine soon I'll defiantly see you later." He stops clawing and starts to stomp away back the way he came from and we hear a smash of what sounded like glass and a howl then nothing. We still sit in fear not knowing what to do or if it is still there I turn to Clayton and he is just as scared as I am his eyes are wide and Jessica is holding onto him Sam is doing the same to me then after about an hour we see it getting lighter outside so we get a little relief but still. It only means we can see.

Jessica's Pov: it's getting light outside and I stop squeezing Clayton so hard and loosened up when it's about 8 in the morning everyone but me is sleeping since I secretly took a few naps when it was dark because I was tired and couldn't stay awake so while everyone was sleeping I took a minute and looked at Clayton I can't believe I actually found someone like him in a time like this I get up softly and go to his bag of clothes maybe he will think it's cute if I wear his clothes so I put on a pair of his baggy shorts and a long sleeve shirt that's a little big on me and I sit up on the mattress waiting for people to wake up and then I poke Clayton's stomach and he curls up then I poke his face and he puts his face in the mattress then I poke his ribs and he falls off the mattress and gets up quick and practically yells "SHIT!" everyone wakes up "wait what huh?what happened?" "Clayton fell off the bed because I poked him." "oh." Clayton gets up "I'm gonna go clear the building you guys wanna come and make some breakfast after everyone agreed so we get up and Clayton unlocks the door and gate. We walk around the mall that's locked down we find a part of the gate protecting us was torn open probably by that thing while we are walking Clayton spots the food court we run to it hungry and we find some canned stuff with enough to make pizza Clayton and Thomas make the pizza while me and Sam talk "so you like Clayton huh?" "yes and you like Thomas?" "Well duh heh but like I was saying about Clayton don't hurt him he is a good guy I've known him for about a month he is a really nice guy." "I won't hurt him there is no one to tear us apart so we are gonna be good." "ok I was just clearing that up." About thirty minutes of waiting we finally hear Clayton "it's ready get it while it's hot.

Clayton's Pov: While the girls were talking me and Thomas talked as well "so you knew Sam before all this?" "Ya, I tried to find her everywhere but she just wasn't there so if I just gave up then we'll ya j found her." "that's good..." before I could finish the sentence the oven went off so I yell for the girls "it's ready get it while it's hot." Everyone comes in the kitchen and helps get the pizza to the tables outside we get it out there and on a table I cut it up kind of small and give everyone three slices and there is one left because I didn't cut it evenly so I grab it and laugh then as we are eating Sam asks "SOOO what are we doing today?"....
