Best Friend's sorrows

--This is my first time writing a story on Wattpad I hope you like it. Please don't mind some grammatical errors.--

Two years ago I dropped out from UA for some family problems and financial problems too. Earning enough money to pay rents and hospital bills of my mom wasn't simple at all. I work in a cafe as a cashier. They don't pay that much so I have to do some part-time jobs too. As a dropout student getting a full-time job is not a piece of cake.

Life is really cruel and money is everything.

While watching the news of new UA students on tv it really reminds me of the time I spent with my UA friends. I still have some contacts with them. They are also quite popular THE BIG THREE. We still chat with each other but we can't keep up with the hangout as all of us are pretty busy. I also wanted to be a hero even though I don't have a heroic quirk. My quick can erase memories.

There was news all over the city about the girl named Eri, she was saved by Heros today from the villains.

In the evening Nejine texted me that something bad happened to Mirio and told me to come and see him in the office. I rushed into the hospital.

[Arrived at the hospital]

Nejine told me she will wait outside of the hospital for me.

Y/n: Hey
Nejine: ......
Y/n: What happened? Is he badly hurt???

Then she told me what happened. I went to search for Mirio. I already know where I will find him we were friends for a long time. I went to the rooftop and exactly as I thought he was there. I walked towards him then he looked back at me. He didn't expect me here. He walked towards me and hugged me then started to cry.

Mirio: I am glad that you showed up.
Y/n: Do you really think that you will be in this situation and I won't come? ( patting his back )
Mirio: No it's not like that. I missed you for a long time.

Suddenly I heard a stomach rumbling sound. I looked at Mirio and smiled.

Y/n: So you haven't eaten anything after you came from fighting with villains?
Mirio: No, I wasn't hungry.
Y/n: let's go.
Mirio: Where??
Y/n: Where else? To the cafeteria.
Mirio: No I am hungry.....
(I dragged him to the cafeteria and forced him to eat. As it was late so he walked me home)

[While walking back to home]

Mirio: Hey, Y/n how is your mom? Is she fine?
Y/n: Yeah she is.
Mirio: Glad to hear.
Y/n: We arrived. Thanks for walking me home Mr Sunshine
Mirio: Yeah see you.
Y/n: I will come tomorrow to meet you okay??
Mirio: I will be glad. Bye
Y/n: Bye.

He was about to leave and I hugged him from behind. I know he was really sad. He lost his quirk and also lost the guy he respected and loved the most, Nighteye.

Y/n: Everything thing will be alright.
Mirio: ......
Y/n: See you. Text me when you reach the hospital.
Mirio: You know at this point you are acting like a girlfriend. (he said while giggling)
Y/n: yeah yeah

He left for the hospital and I went to my apartment.
