This is My first time making a fanfiction.

   Shirabu seemed to have been down for the past few days, which was saying something since you couldn't really see past his poker face. His teammates, of course, worried and often tried asking him about it but he brushed them off insisting that it was nothing.

          He was now a third year in high school with his boyfriend, Semi, now in college. they had started dating about a year ago and they usually spent most of their time at Semi's house since his parents were overseas.

                 Shirabu felt as if Semi had been avoiding being around him for a while now and he knew what that meant. He tried to confront Semi about it a bunch of times but chickened out almost immediately. He decided to wait until Semi told him himself.

          Shirabu sat in silence as he waited for Semi to finish his assignment.
"And done, I'm finished "Semi announced. "That's great" Shirabu replied nonchalantly .they sat In awkward silence for a few seconds before Semi attempted to start a conversation.

"So, how's it going? "

"Huh?"

"In the club I mean"

"Good, I guess"

"Good?"

"Its fine nothing interesting happens, as always"
 
 

  Shirabu stayed quiet and only answered if Semi asked him something.
"Something is definitely wrong," Semi thought to himself. Semi had noticed that Shirabu had been acting weird for the past few days. he had decided to ignore it but he was a little worried. Semi knew that Shirabu's silence meant that something was definitely wrong. Semi got up from his chair and sat down on The bed Beside Shirabu.

"Kenjirou what's wrong "

"Nothing"

"Something is wrong kenjirou,  I'm not stupid I can tell"

"I already told you its nothing"

"Kenjirou"

"Why do you care?"

"What do you mean?"

"You're falling out of love aren't you?"

Semi's eyes widened. he sat stunned for a moment.

"What made you think that?"

     Shirabu made a face that had "isn't it obvious?" Written on it.
"You've been spending lesser and lesser time with me, if you don't like me anymore just say it"

    It felt a lot easier for Shirabu to talk now that he had started to. He prepared himself a lot for this but It still hurt.

     Semi's eyes were still wide with shock as if Shirabu hit the nail on the head.
Semi let out a "PFT-" before covering his mouth.

"ARE YOU MAKING FUN OF ME!?"Shirabu yelled. Semi calmed himself down before speaking again." so that was the problem?"
Shirabu felt a pang of hurt In his chest. he began preparing himself for what might come next.

  Semi wrapped his arms around Shirabu and fell backward onto the bed, taking Shirabu along with him. Shirabu lay between Semi's arms, stock still with shock. The ash-blonde began planting small, affectionate kisses on Shirabu's face, all over his forehead, cheeks, and across his face, his arms still wrapped around the smaller male, he pulled Shirabu into a tight hug, bringing his face close to the copper's so that their noses almost touched before continuing,

"If you feel like I'm not spending enough time with you, just tell me, I can always make time for you. I love you kenjirou, my oxygen, heart, and world, I just got a lot busier because of college, why would I fall out of love with the most beautiful person on earth? I'm offended you know" Semi puffed out his cheeks and furrowed his eyebrows in an attempt to look angry.

               The younger setter flushed. How wrong he had been ."So now that we're talking about spending time together, how about a  date on Saturday? "Semi suggested. Shirabu nodded, still blushing aggressively.

           "Kenjirou seems to be doing a lot better now, eh Tsutomu?" Kawanishi commentated, watching their copper-haired captain practice with the first years. Goshiki nodded in agreement, happy that his senpai had returned to his normal self.

    " Almost Saturday, " Shirabu thought to himself,  trying his best to force back the smile playing on his lips.
