Babygirl, you were born with a heart of gold, hope in your eyes, and a fire in your soul.

You were born of stardust and ashes, a daughter of the Sun.

And the world, well, they'll try to put out that fire.

They'll try to tear you down piece by piece, until you are but a shell of yourself.

They will do it in so many ways.

When you walk down the street in an outfit that just feels right and hugs your body like a cocoon holds a butterfly ready to soar through the skies, and those men standing outside of the bars undress you with their eyes and call you names that you do not yet understand.

When you finally fight back against those men and are told to be quieter and to ignore it for the sake of being "ladylike."

When society tells you what you can and cannot do because of what's between your legs.

They will always find more ways to tear you down.

But babygirl, you are a goddess.

You were born to fight.

You were born to let that fire rage inside of you.

To let that fire fuel you.

You are a goddess. A fighter. A temptress.

You are whatever you want to be.

And no matter how much the world tries, they will never tear you down.

Because you are born of stardust and ashes.

Because you are a daughter of the Sun, and your fire will forever burn bright.

Because you have a heart of gold, hope in your eyes, and fire in your soul.
