The last chapter was kinda short so I'll try to make this one longer.
Ingressus' P.O.V.
I looked out at the sunset, I admired it's colors. Tygren walked up to me and stood beside me also looking at the sunset.
"Ingressus, can I ask you a question?" He asked his voice filled with interest.
"Yes." I replied.
"Do you know who my parents are?" He asked, the question hit me hard, for I never knew who gave him to me, or why.
"Tygren...I found you outside of my cave, and you were just two years of age...I-I never really understood why, but what I knew was you were there for a reason, so I raised you as my own and I-I never cared about someone as much as I care about you..." I said these words with sadness lingering in my voice.
"Then, why do you want me to join the war?" He asked I looked at him, his eyes filled with worry.
"I did not want you to join, but I have no choice." I said trying not to sound harsh on the child.
there was silence for awhile, I looked at the fire on the ground and the destruction I had caused. Why did I do this for the stupid primes?! I don't need songs to live! My mind swirled with anger at myself, but I stayed calm outside.
"Ingressus!" A familiar voice called from behind me, I turned to face my old friend, who was now my foe.
"Achillean! What are you doing here?" I asked with rage in my tone, Tygren hid behind me as I drew my sword.
"I come not to kill you, but to ask a question." Achillean replied calmly while walking up to me, he noticed the little Voltaris and smiled slightly.
"What is your question?" I asked drawing his attention away from the young child.
"Now I have two questions."
"Just tell me what your question is before another Voltaris comes." I demanded.
"Who is that?" He said pointing at Tygren who was now hugging my leg for safety.
"That's...Tygren Voltaris...uh...he's my son." I said a bit confused on why he wanted to know.
"Are you sure? He doesn't share the same markings as you." Achillean said looking at me weirdly.
"He's adopted." I said looking down at the child who was even more scared than ever.
"I wish you would stop this war, and soon." he said staring at me as I looked up I noticed his eyes were filled with worry.
"Not until I have all Primes." I said looking at him in anger, but inside me I was mad at myself for saying such things.
"You leave me no choice." Achillean said as he turned and left.
"What did he mean?" Tygren said with worry.
"He's going to kill the Deathsinger." I replied.
"But, your the Deathsinger." this statement hurt me like a knife stabbing my chest.
"Yes I am." I said as the sunset's colors faded.

Nora's P.O.V.
I fell on my bed face first, I got up and sat on the edge as I thought about what happened. My mind filled with questions of why and what. I puled out a song Tygren had given me yesterday. The blue glow filled my eyes as the song enchanted my gaze, although I did not know what it does, I think he gave it to me for a reason.
"Nora, you okay?" Ember asked, I looked up at her and worry filled her eyes.
"I'm fine." I said my tone low and filled with sadness.
"I heard Ingressus talk to Tygren, I think you might want to know what happened." she reaplied her voice filled with worry and sorrow. Did Tygren die? Is he okay? My mind filled with horrifying thoughts about Tygren.
"What happened?" I asked quickly, Ember noticed my worry and walked up to me, and sat on my bed. She told me the whole story of what had happened.

Thalleous' P.O.V.
I woke up after a long night of planning, I grabbed my sword and walked outside. The grass was scorched by fire, the breeze was harsh but cooling, the sun was rising in the east, and a Nestoris, with staff in hand, stood outside the cave entrance leaning up against the wall and looking at the ground, but something was troubling him.
"Achillean, what's bothering you?" I asked looking at the Ardoni who looked back at me.
"Your awake!" He said trying to sound joyful.
"Why do you look sad?" I asked trying to get an answer this time.
"I've made up my mind, Thalleous, I'm going to kill the Deathsinger." He said, this news was good news to me, but why was Achillean sad?
"That's great news!" I said joyfully, but Achillean gave me the look, the look that meant it was no time to celebrate.
"I'm going to Mt. Velgren at dawn." he said while pulling out the last prime.
"Who are you going to give that to?" I asked looking at the red cube.
"You." He said while holding it out to me.
"No, I will not guard such a powerful object!" I said while pushing it back toward him.
"Thalleous, please." He said his voice full of worry.
"Okay, but please come back safe." I said this with worry as I gently grabbed the glowing cube it's power shot through my veins, and I dropped the cube.
"Thalleous, what happened?" Achillean asked as the precious cube hit the ground, my face filled with horror. I looked at the cube as Achillean picked it up and tried to hand it to me but he noticed my horror filled face and looked confused.
"Are you okay? Did the song do that?" He asked, but I didn't answer, I just stared at the cube.
"The song can kill you if your not careful!" I remembered Galleous tell me.
"I'm fine." I said as I took the song from Achillean's hands and put it in my pocket.
"Be careful with it." he said then turned and walked off to the battle field.
