So finding locations of Millie picture is REALLY hard. Since she is so famous she is really careful about what she posts so she doesn't get stalked. (wait what does that make me?) anyway...
Here's a few things I've found.

I couldn't find a shot from the correct angle that she took it at but here is another villa from the same resort. U can clearly see it's the same

There are only three Villas at this resort. It's VERY exclusive. Here is the view on google maps. It's very blurry. She stayed in the far left Villa which costs up to $16,500 a night and has three pools, a jacuzzi and a "home" theater
