Chapter 3: date night

As I was getting ready for the date I put my makeup on. I put a short but modest dress on and black high heels. My hair was down and fell to the middle of my back. I was waiting outside when a nice mustang pulled up and there he was. He was in a cute suit without a tie.
I got into the car and we drove off.

(Anis pov)
I picked up the key under Abbys door mat and walked in. It was so quiet without her there, but not for long. I felt really bad about killing her fish so I got her a gerbil. His name was Cass. I got really hungry and decided to make some pancakes. I made the mix faster than I knocked over the fish bowl and started to fry it. I went to go check on Cass and see if he had gotte- he got out. I looked for him walking along the house saying, "here gerbil gerbil." or, "Cass! Get your ass here right now!" At last u found him we was in the counter. I was about to grab him when he jumped in to the pan filled with batter. I pulled him out saying ,"ew ew ew ew."

(Abby's pov)
"So Collin fav song bye them?"
"PTV? Oh I like bp love."
"Oh I like that one too, but tangled in the great escape is my fav."
"Oh that's good too. I gotta say Abby, you look really nice."
"Thanks, so do you." I said perkily.
the waiter interrupted us with," hello can I get your order?"
"Uh yeah let me get the wonton soup and a lo main."
"And for you?"
I stuttered,"uh can I have a salad and wonton soup?"
"Of corse. will that be it?"
"Yes thanks,"Collin said.
"Hey I gotta use the restroom," I said getting up. I got the weirdest feeling like someone was looking at my ass so I turned around and Collin looked away nochalately.
