"Wait stokeley I hear something" I said stooping down "you stupid bitch your gonna pay for what your dumb daughter did to me" Jamal said kicking mom in her gut and punching her in her face "HEY" I yelled "LEAVE HER ALONE" "well well well look who decided to join the party" Jamal said I gasped and ran to moms side "mom" I said frantically "GET OFF ME BITCH" stokeley yelled I turned around and saw Stokeley with jamals arm wrapped around his neck
"don't come any closer or he's dead" he threatened pulling out a knife. He grazed the knife on stokeleys skin and I stood up in a fighting stance "you know, this could've ended differently" he said "so I've heard" I said putting both my fist up "back off Jersey" he said putting the knife in front of his stomach "alright alright calm down" I said backing up
"Jamal come on this isint you" I said softly "SHUT UP BITCH YOU DONT KNOW ME" he said
stokeley why aren't you fighting back "message sent" because, he's blocking my powers "message sent" you don't need your powers to fight this guy "message sent" yea but I still never learned how to fight off an attacker in this position "message sent" "why don't you just take me" I said "your right but first" he stabbed stokeley in his stomach and stokeley let out a loud groan "NOOOOOO" I cried out running to his side.
"no no no not my baby please god no" I put him in my arms and moved his dreads out of his face. "I'm sorry Jersey it's over..." stokeley said weakly "No" I said getting up " it's not over" I started to glow and float, but this time I could see. "YOUR GONNA FUCKING REGRET THIS" I said in a deep voice "IM SORRY" he yelled
"ITS TO LATE" I yelled but before I could do anything I fell to the ground holding my ears. Stokeley sent out a sonic wave and my sensitive ass ears couldn't take it. Jamal screamed in agony and all of a sudden bursted open. His blood spattered on my face
"A shapeshifters weakness" stokeley said holding his wound. I gave his a long kiss on the lips "i love you stokeley, but next time give a warning" I said rubbing my ears "well you can repay me by healing this shit" he said I got water and started to heal it but the wound wasn't closing. "That's weird" I said raising my eyebrows "what" he said "the wound, it's not closing" I said trying harder "did you see what blade he cut you with?"
"Yea it was red and black with purple dots on it" "why?" He asked "Oh No" I said "what?" "He stabbed you with a poisoned knife..." He looked at me wide eyed I ran to mom "mom" I said shaking her "I'm sorry" I picked her up and put her in the water. She started glowing, then her tail appeared "wow" I said in amazement.
"Jersey how long do I have before this thing kills me" he asked "hey don't talk like that it's not gonna kill you, once mom is healed which should be in a few seconds, she can heal you" "what if she can-" "she can stokeley, you'll be fine" I said caressing his cheek with my thumb. Mom gasped for air and started taking in her surroundings "what are we doing here?" She asked confused
"we don't know mom we just know that you went for a swim earlier, and we found you here beat up" she said. Stokeley started coughing, and mom gasped "what happened?!" She says panicky "Jamal stabbed him with a poisoned dagger" I said "bring him in the water" she said stretching her arms toward me.
I kissed his forehead, and handed him to mom. His skin started to become see through and some of him blood was purple. I then saw all of the purple liquid start to move backwards and out of his wound, and the wound slowly started closing.
"Mom... how are you feeling?" I asked her "I'm fine sweetheart just a few minor cuts and bruises, but they'll all heal soon enough" she said smiling. I pulled stokeley out of the water, and started crying "mom I'm so sorry that I couldn't come to help you" I sobbed "this is all my fault if I hadn't used my powers at the hospital, they wouldn't have found us" I cried
"shhhh it's not your fault honey" she said pulling me into a hug "I started this mess" she said. I pulled away and wiped my face "what are you talking about mom" I said sniffing "we'll talk about this when we get home sweetie, right now let's just get stokeley up and walking" she said "I'll meet you guys back at the house ok" she said about to go back under water
"WAIT where are you going?" "I'm swimming back" she said going under water. Stokeley groaned "what happened" he said rubbing his head "you got stabbed now get up let's go" I said pulling him up. "Agh fuck" he groaned "sorry babe" I said throwing his arm over my shoulder.
