"Leave," I scowled, unable to say more in fear that I may say too much. I have drove everything away from me. The dimly lit maroon carpets resurfaces memories of her soft smooth dress which she walked in next to me, holding my hand.

"Please, eat. Your Highness". a kind maid appears. No, not again, rage. I feel it surge through me like heavenly fire. Anger. Desperation. Loss.

"I said LEAVE!" the room trembles as my voice is carried through the empty halls of the courtroom, a boom went through the kingdom. The little women scurried along, tripping while soft sobs echoed. I didn't deserve them, I didn't deserve her.

The throne next to me laid barren while the redness of the carpet infected each corner of the room. She was the plague and there is no cure. The breath left her warm body and never came back, all while I watched. I only watched. "I'm sorry," the feeling of regret flows out of me, "I'm sorry," the feeling chokes me, "I'm sorry," guilt drowns me.

But I killed my queen.
