Sasuke leaped from tree to tree, he has to get there before his opponent thinks of him as a cowardly baby Uchiha. I have to get there fast! he thought as he went faster at every leap.
After five minutes of leaping, he found the flat plain where he and his opponent would battle; this is their rematch after all. "Where are you!?" Sasuke asked "Uchiha Sasuke..." a familiar voice said and when Sasuke turned, his opponent was there.
"Gaara..." he said as Gaara approached him "A good and wise choice to show up, Sasuke Uchiha..." Gaara said which irritated him "I thought you were a cowardly baby Uchiha and cried on your mother...oh wait, you don't have A MOTHER and you call me a loner!? Tsk..." Gaara said which irritated Sasuke even more "DON'T YOU DARE SAY SOMETHING ABOUT MY MOTHER!!! YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT ME!!! I DIDN'T OPEN UP TO ANYONE EXCEPT THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN MY LIFE! I DIDN'T TELL ANYONE MY SECRETS EXCEPT HER!!!" Sasuke said and Gaara smirked.
"How about we start the battle...?" Gaara said as he fixed his container of sand "Of course...I won against you the first time and I'm not afraid to do it again, Sand boy!" Sasuke said as he activated his sharingan and brought out a kunai with a smirk "Don't be so sure of yourself, Uchiha..." Gaara said and they clashed.
Sasuke activated his Chidori which was made stronger with the sharingan and Gaara summmoned a sand hand headed towards him but Sasuke jumped up but it caused his chidori to deactivate "Darn!" Sasuke said "Hehehehe what is the matter, Uchiha? Ran out of time?" Gaara asked and Sasuke gave him a death glare.
"Rrrrugh!!!!" Gaara said as he made some sand shuriken head toward Sasuke. Sasuke got hit...or so Gaara thought. It turned out to be a piece of wood "Ergh! Substitution Jutsu!" Gaara said. Later, he heard a sound of lightning being summoned above his head and as he looked up, he met Sasuke's sharingan eyes which is the one responsible for strengthening the Chidori Sasuke was summoning.
Gaara made a guard but the Chidori went through it which damaged Gaara but not that much. They both jumped away from each other, both panting. Some blood oozed out of Sasuke's bottom lip because he barely dodged the shuriken that Gaara threw at him but he just sipped the blood. "Blood thirsty..." Gaara said but Sasuke didn't hear what he said because something distracted Sasuke.
Something colored pink was bobbing out of the alleyway behind Gaara. He smirked inwardly and decided to end the match quickly for he wanted to see that pink.
Gaara made a sand gourd and Sasuke knew this was his chance. He cut the gourd with his kunai which sent sand flying in many directions. The surroundings was soon covered by sand like a sandstorm hit the place. Sasuke took this opportunity to go to that pink.
He headed in the alleyway and went deeper. "Someone is here, show yourself..." Sasuke whispered because he already knew that someone was sure going to answer "Sorry, Sasuke-kun...I didn't mean to interrupt your business." a voice said as it came out "Sakura..." Sasuke said softly "I know you're busy and you don't have time anymore for me...so, I'll just be going..." Sakura said.
What the hell!? Sasuke scratched the back of his head as he slowly disappeared and reappeared behind her "Sigh...Sakura...I always have time for you, remember that..." he said as he hugged her from behind. Tears smeered down her face. She faced him and gasped as she saw a gash at his bottom lip "Where did you get this, Sasuke-kun?" Sakura asked "Just now, Sakura...I was fighting Gaara..." he said.
"Good thing I always brought an extra bandaid..." Sakura said as she reached in her bag to grab one but Sasuke stopped her "No bandaid can fix this, Sakura..." Sasuke said which made Sakura look at him "What do you mean, Sasuke-kun?" Sakura asked.
He pushed her to the wall "You know what I mean, Sakura..." Sasuke said as he smiled at her and Sakura blushed "Sasuke-kun...not here...I always told you I'm scared for us to kiss in public..." Sakura said but Sasuke chuckled softly "Aren't we in an alleyway? I don't think that is considered as public, Sakura..." Sasuke said as he smirked at her while doing a puppy dog eyes.
Sakura sighed "Alright..." she said and Sasuke smiled Gotcha! he thought as he smashed his lips on hers but it turned into a soft and gentle kiss that every girl dreams of.... Sasuke hugged her waist and Sakura put her left hand on Sasuke's head to push him closer and her right hand was holding his neck.
Sakura sipped the blood out of his wound but they didn't pull away after she has done that...they never wanted the moment to end. Sasuke pulled away softly and he picked her up and put her back against the wall and continued kissing her. Sakura moaned but it was blocked by Sasuke's gentle kisses. Soon, her head collapsed on his shoulder and Sasuke could do nothing but to kiss her neck "I love you and you're mine, Sakura! Don't forget that!" Sasuke said as he finished kissing her neck and relaxing his head on it. Sakura laughed "Yes I know Sasuke...I love you too...I'm forever yours..." Sakura said.12
Later, Sakura fell asleep on his neck so, Sasuke decided to leave the battlefield and carry Sakura home and onto her bed. Sakura's parents weren't around because they were sent on mission in the Land of Winter so, Sasuke decided to accompany her in her house. So, he lay down next to her and kissed her forehead Goodnight, blossom, sweet dreams... he thought as he too slept and promising himself to protect his cherry blossom...
Back at the battlefield, Gaara got furious and left too. And yet, he smiled at the thought that the thought-to-be unresponsive Uchiha Sasuke, c
