7.2. Another Sentinel

Time skip of 2 weeks

Things were really quiet for class 2-A those 2 weeks after Josh and Touru became couple. Everything went as always. Wake up, go to school, get your ass kicked by either teachers or Sentinels and then time for rest. Izuku was giving Katsumi hellish training like always, however it didn't go unnoticed to him how huge her inprovement was. Not only in physical exercises, but also in her quirk usage, hand to hand combat and shooting skills. Izuku also managed to make Katsumi more comfortable with killing, which he wasn't sure if was good or bad thing.

Now to Monday after Izuku's and Katsumi's sparring match.

Katsumi: You really can't hold back against me huh?

Izuku: Nope, I can't. But I have good news for you.

Katsumi: Really?

Izuku: Since you managed to injure me this time, I can say you are ready.

Katsumi's eyes widened: Y-you mean?

Izuku nodded: You are ready to become Sentinel.

Katsumi tightly hugged Izuku and started crying.

Katsumi: I- I did it. I r-really did it!

Izuku started to gently stroke her hair.

Izuku: Yeah, you did it.

Katsumi: I'm so happy.

Izuku: I know, but you have to do one more thing.

Katsumi: What is it? Don't tell me I will have to kill another fake guard like last time.

Izuku laughted: No, no, you have to choose your code name.

Katsumi: I see, can I use my hero name?

Izuku: I think you should choose differend, nothing against it, but you will need shorter name for better cominication during battle.

Katsumi: Ok, how about ...

Izuku: Just take your time, no need to make your head explode now.

Katsumi: (Explode, that's it!) I decided Izu.

Izuku: Ok, let's hear it.

Katsumi: My code name will be Expo.

Izuku: Nice one, I will go and call Nolan to accept you.

Katsumi: Thank you honey. I will go tell others.

Izuku: Sure, I'll be back as fast as I can.

Katsumi then kissed izuku on cheek and run away.

Izuku: That girl sure is energetic.

Venom: Apparently that is what happiness does with you.

Izuku: Yeah, I hope nothing happens to her outthere.

Venom: That is the whole reason why we were training her so much. She will be just fine.

Izuku sighned: I suppose you are right buddy, let's go call Nolan.

Now with Katsumi who just arrived to dorms.

Luke: Whoa, did Izuku go all ou tor something?

Toru: Yeah, you are sweating alot.

Katsumi: Sorry guys, but I just got great news from Izuku.

Josh: Really, then don't keep us waiting.
