As a child, Haku Honaka never knew her real dad. Her mother died when she was 2. She was beautiful with soft ocean blue eyes and white hair. Her mom was kind and gentle, After her death Haku had been a what we call a "Street Rat" stealing money and food living and sleeping with the stray cats, sleeping in boxes. Until a tall man found her, he dressed in a dark outfit with hat with red eyes. He smiled thinking to himself. "Ah yes, I knew I'd find this girl here. Melone's daughter. I was looking for this child for sometime now... now's my chance to rub this in Melone's face. I shall adopt this child." He smiled and offered his hand to the child, her two tone eyes look up to him and extends her hand out to touch his. "Hello I'm Haku... nice to meet you." She smiled sweetly and stood up and lost her balance for a bit to only fall onto the man. "Sorry about that." She said pulling herself off him smiling, she's just a child. Too young for street life and somehow she was able to live this long on the streets alone. No mom, no dad. Only her wits. How did she do it, Risotto wondered. He looked the girl up and downing seeing her torn, white dress and singular shoe. He had several comments in his head. "She is no doubt a stand user... but where is that stand. Does it look like Melone's Baby Face or does it have it's own look like her's? So many unanswered questions. One of them being... Why would Melone have a daughter? And who is the girl's mom?" He lifted the girl off her feet and left the alleyway she called home. "Where are you taking me? Why haven't you told me your name yet." She said wiggling and struggling against the man. He glared down at her and she stopped wiggling. "Girl! My name is Risotto... and I will adopt you... so I am your dad now!" He spoked Haku thinking about the man's name to herself 'Risotto, Risotto, That's the name of my new dad. Risotto, He seems to care about me... like my mom. Risotto, Risotto. He will make for a good dad.' She smiled getting more comfortable in Risotto's arms. Her sweet smile looking up at him. "Thank you for adopting me... dad!" She smiled running her tongue over her lips a bit. He pat the girl's head. "Of course I can't leave a pure child like on the streets on your own. How about daddy gets you some new clothes. I think a purple dress would suit you." Risotto gave the girl a sweet smile and heads off to buy here a set of new clothes and of course Haku didn't get a choice of what she wanted cause Risotto wanted to dress her in purple, Haku didn't know why it HAD to be purple but she couldn't argue with that color it DID look nice on her.
In the shops Haku was trying on the dresses, he seem to know her right size, how. She didn't even know how to answer that question but someone finally cares about her and it made her happy but, little did she know. Her adoption was a plot made by Risotto to annoy a certain member of his team, Melone. Her real father that Haku never knew who he was.
Haku stepped out of the fitting room. "LOOK DAD IT FITS!" She smiled and spun around as the lace of the dress flutters about in the air. "I love this dress purple really does suit me. How did you know it would, dad?" She walked towards him he turned away like he was hiding something big from her. "It was a guess, a lucky guess that's all." He spoke then pointed to the fitting room. "You should get your old dress back on so I can pay for the one you are wearing my daughter." He said and the girl ran to the dressing room to change back with one thought in her head. "He is hiding something from me but what." She looked into the mirror and she fiddled with her light lavender hair pulling her long bangs back only for it to fall back over her eyes again. She giggled and pulled it back again. "I need a hair cut, I look like a street rat." She said and looked around the dressing room and found a abandoned hair tie on the floor. "Lucky, Lucky day... Purely amazing!" She tied her hair back with the dark purple tie not knowing her stand found it and brought it to her. She slipped her white dress back and left the dressing room and smiled. "I'm baaaaaaaaack dad!" She sang in a happy voice holding the dresses in her arms running to him. "Okay child let's buy this stuff and get out of here as soon as possible." Haku wandered why he wants to leave so soon, He still must be hiding something big from her. "Dad..." Haku spoke and didn't get a reply so she just followed him.
After the shopping he brought the girl home with him, upon walking he was greeted by... no surprise it was Melone. He and Haku had a awkward starring contest. "Hi.... you.....guy?" Haku spoke she seemed very confused and worried for some reason, there was something familiar about this man to Haku. She followed Risotto to a spare bedroom. "Girl, this is your area now." He spoke and was about to leave. "D....D.....D....Dad.... who was that guy who greeted us... he.... has my same hair dye. Who is he?" Haku asked hugging a pillow as she sat on the bed then Risotto joined her and sat next to her and rubbed her head. "That's only Melone, don't mind him he's.... weird." He said rubbing Haku's back then her got up and left her alone in the dark.
