My biggest star

A helping hand

I reach out my hand trying to find the object that has been buzzing for the past five minutes indicating that it's time I got ready for school . When I finally succeed in my attempts to turn off the alarm I get out of my bed yawning in the process.

I can hardly see a thing so I lazily rub my eyes looking into the bathroom mirror right after . That's when realisation kicks in. That was all a dream .

I just got out of the shower thinking of how weird my dream was . Now I understand why everything was so unclear. But enough of that i really need to get to school before wezy throws a fit .

After my shower I quickly get dressed and head to the kitchen to make myself some pancakes for breakfast .

"how was your night?" my aunt asks as soon as I start with my breakfast.

I am hesitant for a second because I remember the awfully weird dream I had but I quickly find my words and respond " It was uhhmmm...interesting."

"what was with the pause ?" she questions me once more this time with a tell me everything smile

I let out a soft chuckle and kiss her on the cheek as wezys voice echos through the kitchen" hello aunty ,I am here for that trouble maker and my pancakes ."

"ha ha very funny no pancakes for you today . I don't like your attitude ." I tease

She laughs and makes to touch my plate but I move it away from her and soon enough we start to chase each other around the house for a plate of pancakes while filling the house with laughter.

"okay girls that's enough you will be late for school so pack up and be on your way. " my aunt ruins our fun

We later finish up our food and head to school in wezys over priced Tesla

" are you ready to meet the quad ." she says with the excitement clearly plastered on her face

" I honestly don't think it's possible to meet the quad with all the security they will have and all the people who will want to see them. " I only sate the obvious

" I know but we will need to somehow forge a plan. " I really don't like when wezy thinks like this cause her plans are usually dangerous and get us into trouble.

" I don't think you coming up with a plan is a good idea. " I lazyly look out the window as I remove those words not quite sure what I want to see.

"I know but this time it will be different ." am not even sure she belives her own words but I continue to look out the window not altering any word.

We get to school and as soon as we get there we are met by the entire student body standing by the doorway obviously awaiting a new arrival .

I kind of feel special even though I know it's not for me but I took that as a special moment of when I had plenty of eyes on me with a sense of excitement that is later replaced by dissapointed and what I believe on other people's faces ,a sense of disgust . Either way this moment is my moment ,right before people start yelling for me to get out of the way and calling me all sorts of names. Ouch!

We end up waiting for about 30 minutes till the bell is heard symbolising that it is time for class. Though that doesn't phase the students at all , they are firm and will never stop awaiting there prince charmings on golden horses.

Well that's only until the principle promises to give every single soul that is standing by the school entrance detention if they don't go back to class and almost Immidiately the halls are cleared.

We spend an hour and half listening to people that are paid to torture us in form of what they call teaching before the head teacher announces the arrival the quad and everyone loses there mind and rushes to see them.
