Chapter Twelve

Adhira's POV

"What are you doing here?" I asked as soon as I saw her, standing there.

But by looking at her expression, I don't think she was surprised.

"Vanshi?" I said more like question her, what she is doing in Viaan's mansion?

"Please come inside, Adhira. So long, happy to see you here." She said and got aside for me to come.

I went inside but still was looking at her, with confusion.

"What? Shocked? Actually, I too was when I saw your picture in Bhai's phone, just 15 minutes before you came here." She replied, Viaan is her brother?

It means, he was the same person, I told him to be away from me.

I know, it's kind of strange, but I too was feeling that I had seen him somewhere, but then his name, is too familiar but I never noticed it becoz of my revenge from Shivaansh.

"It means, Mr. Rajput and Viaan are same... I mean, yeah, I had remember your brother from our college, but I was too dumb to noticed that." I said and looked away, what the hell am I?

Blind in revenge, I didn't noticed him, I ignored my instincts that maybe it's just my assumption but he is not what I m thinking.

"Where is he?" I asked Vanshi.

"Adhira, I know, I shouldn't have to say this, but after knowing my brother, I want to tell you that, he really loves you a lot, and just for you, he made the decision to leave India." She replied and looked at me intently.

I don't know, why but whatever she had said, I wanted him to say to me. She told me that he is in his room.

Without saying anything, I made my way towards his room.

I knocked at his door, after knocking for the third time, he opened it, but as soon as his eyes scanned my face, he was shocked.

"Adhira? What are you doing here? Is everything fine between you and Shivaansh?" He asked, worried. How can he show that, it didn't affect him?

"Can I come in?" I asked ignoring his question, becoz I don't want to listen his name, now.

He nodded and gave me the way to go in.

He had switched off the lights and there was only one source of light and that was the moonlight.

I looked up at the moon, I heard the switched on, I turned to look at him.

"Is everything alright, Adhira?" He asked again.

"Yeah, today it really feels like, everything became alright." I said and looked at him.

He was looking at me confused.

"Why you came here? Do you want something?" He asked again.

I want to ask him everything, why? Why he did this, if he had feelings for me, he could have told me?

Don't you remember, you are the one, who shoved him off.

"Can't I visit you? Or do I need to any specific reason for it?" I asked raising my eyebrows.

"No, you don't, but I just asked becoz you never come here before." He said and turned his eyes from me.

"Can I ask you something?" I said finally. He nodded at it.

"Why you did this? If you loved me, then why you want me to end up with Shivaansh?" I asked without beating around the Bush.

"I don't know what are you saying...." he said without meeting his eyes with mine.
