Chapter- 11 Lucky

Priscilla POV

"Are you kidding?" I asked but her face was serious. I felt my heart drop. Shit!! I am dead.

"What happened, dear. Did you meet him?" She asked immediately. 

"No." I lied. So, the marriage wasn't a lie? 

"Princess, I need you to stay safe." She said. I nodded.  

I ran to my room. I am in deep shit!!

Two days 

Shit!! He will come to take me.

I felt my phone buzz in my hand. I opened it to see a message. My blood ran cold as soon I read it. 

Baby girl, tomorrow at 9 I will be there to pick you up.                                                                                       ~ Aiden, with love.

I immediately called Rose. 

"Hi, Prisci-" 

"I need your help." I cut her.

"What happened?" She asked.

"I will tell you everything once I come to your house after lunch. Just keep the guestroom ready for me." I said.

"Okay." She said. I ended the call. I packed few clothes and other stuff. I left the phone and my cards in my room. I rushed down.

"Mom, I am staying at Rose's for few days." I said as I entered the kitchen.

"That's okay." My mom approved.

"I will be going after lunch." I stated. 

Soon everyone sat at the table ready to eat. I swallowed my food in fear. Shit!! Why? Why is my life such a mess?

"Slowly, pumpkin." Dad said. 

"If anyone asks for me. Please don't tell where I am." I said to my parents. They looked at me.

"Did something happen?" My dad asked concerned.

"I will tell you guys once I am over this." I said. They didn't say anything.

I finished my food. I rushed to the door. I am not taking my car. No!! It can be tracked. I started walking. Shit!! Why Rose's house is far?!

Suddenly, I heard a car honk. 

"Do you need a ride?" I heard Peter. A smile grew on my lips. A ride to Rose's.

"Thank god. Peter, Can you drop me at Rose's?" I asked. He nodded. I got into his car with my luggage. 

"Please don't tell anyone that I am at hers. Secret. Okay?" I asked him.

"Yeah, I will keep it a secret." He nodded. 

We reached. I gave him a grateful hug. He was shocked but anyway hugged me back. 

"Thank you, Peter." I said. 

I nodded and took off to somewhere god knows. I knocked on Rose's door.

"Priscilla." The door opened. Rose came into my view. I felt my fears resurface as soon I saw her. That jerk was already planning for our wedding. My eyes landed on the ring. My eyes widened.

I took the ring out and saw a red light blinking furiously.

Shit!! Tracker!!

"Wait a sec." I said and ran away from Rose's home. I reached the park. An idea caught my attention. I went to the place where I first met him.  I threw the ring away into the forest. 

I turned to see Rose looking at me worried.  I Smiled at her. 

"What happened?" She asked. 

"I will tell you once we are inside your home." I said. She nodded. I was a millisecond away from crying. 

We entered her home. No one was there. I turned to her confused.

"Where are your parents?" I asked her. 

"They went for a vacation." She said. 

"Now, may we know why we are here." I jumped as I heard a chorus behind me.

There they are. My friends. All looking worried. 

"Priscilla, I thought you would need all of us." Rose stated. 

"Thank you." I whispered as my eyes teared. I felt happy to have such good friends.

"Hey, What happened?" Skylar asked as she hugged me.

"I am scared. He will be coming for me." I stated as a tear escaped my eye. 

"Who?" Max asked as his jaw hardened. 

"Peter?" Dylan asked. I shook my head.

"Aiden?" Rose asked. 

"King Aiden?" Axel asked angrily. What the fuck?   

"Are you guys hiding something?" I asked. Skylar and Rose also looked confused while the guys looked guilty.

"You all knew it?" I asked again.

Dylan nodded slightly.

"We protected you from childhood, Priscilla. We did our best to hide you from him. Your grandma already told us when you were 15." Dylan said.

"Wait! Aiden met you. He left you alone?" Max asked confused.

"No, He said he will come tomorrow to take me. I heard from his friend that he is planning the wedding. I ran away from home to escape him." I said. Max pulled me to his chest hugging my trembling body. 

"We won't let him take you." He whispered into my ears. 

"What is it?" Skylar asked confused. 

"Axel." Dylan motioned him to explain to the girls.

"You are our brave Priscilla. Right? You shouldn't be scared of that jerk." Dylan said. 

"I feel like my heart fell into a deep hole." I said. My voice was empty of emotion. 

"Then bring your heart back up." Max sated pulling away. Looking at my eyes.

"How?" I asked.

"Cry. Cry long enough that you won't cry for few years." Max said. He was true, I needed to cry. 

"Will you guys order pizza after I cry?" I asked. They looked at me for few seconds and then nodded. Axel finished telling the girls.

I turned around to Rose who looked like she just listened to a horror story. She didn't say a word. 

"Where am I staying?" I asked. 

"Are you not going to cry?" Dylan asked. I glared at him. I was holding my cry.

"I am not going to cry in front of you guys." I snapped. They nodded. 

Rose showed me a room. It was cosy. I loved it. As soon Rose left the room I felt tears rush down my cheeks. Why does it feel like a waterfall?

I laid down on the bed as I cried silently. I felt the deepness reduce as tears poured out. I cried my eyes out as Max said. It felt good. Refreshing.  

I closed my eyes. I let myself cry until I fell asleep tired. One thought that lingered in my head. A thought that made me want to hug my friend each and every time I see them.

I am so lucky to have them as friends.
