"Don't you get. It has to be the club house." Clay said as they drove back to the house.

"You're right." Justin mumbled.

"Are you high." Clay questioned.

"Jesus. No." Justin defended.

"Okay because I can't bring that shut home again." Clay pointed out.

"I'm not." Justin said.

"I'm just tired." He added.

"So if you weren't using. What have you been doing for the past forty eight hours?" Clay quizzed.

"He saw our mom." Harlow piped in.

"Your mom. I thought you didn't know where she moved And where were you?" He quizzed.

"Well turns. I lie sometimes" Justin said.

"I was with Monty." Harlow added.

"Wait so you went home and you were with Monty." Clay said.

"No I saw our mom. She gave me some cash and Harlow was safe with Monty." Justin stated.

"She gave you that?" Clay quizzed.

"Here its for you. Consider it rent till we can find something permanent." He said holding out a hug wad of cash.

"Keep it I don't pay rent anyways so." Clay said refusing the money.

"If you have all that cash why'd you call me?" Clay asked.

"You said you needed us." He said.

Clay looked at him and then at Harlow.

"I just. I'm done with doing fucked up things." Justin confessed.

"Yeah I may need you both to do one or more fucked up things."  Clay told them.

When they got back to the house Justin went to shower and Harlow was the first to head up to the bedroom.

"We came back." She said as he walked into the room

"Yeah." He replied.

"Eventually you have to stop running I guess." She said.

"I'm sorry about the other night." He apologized.

"You didn't say anything I didn't deserve." She told him. Clay went and sat on the bed next to her.  His head hung low.

"I'm angry all the time Harlow. I have been since Hannah died. And I can't tell anyone except for you." He said and she looked at him and just listened.

"I tried to forget her. I tried so hard then I think of sitting on the roof of the Cresmont or building towers of candy boxes. And I see her everyone. Sometimes I talk to her. Do you?" He vented.

"I did and sometimes I still do. Its like her ghost lingers around us and we're the only two who can see her." Harlow replied.  The next morning Clay, Justin and Harlow were walking toward the school when Jessica's dad begins to go off on Justin.

"What this boy did to you..."Her dad said.

"He didn't do it. Dad please just get in the car." She pleaded with her father. He turned to Justin.

"You be very careful of yourself young man. Your sister too." He said pointing a finger at them before walking away. Justin and Jessica exchanged brief longing glances before Justin grabbed Harlow's hand an walked away.

Later the Foley siblings and the Jensen boy met Sherri at Monet's.

"Look we need to get in there and we've got a plan." Clay said.
