Monarch Of New Melbourne

Prologue

In the future, planet Earth has advanced drastically. The majority population being 25% Humans, 25% Dragons, and 25% Anthropomorphic Animals. The last 25% being a diverse population of aliens from around the universe. The Dragons came from a planet that was absorbed by their red giant. Having no home for themselves, the dragon's travel by ships to the system closest to them, our Solar System. They massaged the humans on Earth in 2059 and over the course of 20 years, shared their technology with the humans. The dragons even shared their cloning technology to create their own slaves. Using the bit of DNA from someone and the DNA of another. As well as to choose the type of features of the slave's body. To test this new technology, the human scientist decided to combine the DNA of a young woman and man with the DNA of their husky. They take two samples of hair from the husky and one piece of hair from each of the subjects. Ladies going first, they put the two samples in the tube and press for a male, the two hair DNA combined and multiplied, even creating their own cells. After a few minutes, a half husky and half human male comes out. They did the same with the male subject's hair, pressing for a female. Then comes out a half husky and half human female. The doctors checked them both out and they're perfectly healthy.

The dragons have many advancements that go beyond the human mind. However, they still had a problem that they never discovered. Illnesses. Some dragons had died from what they called purple scale, bloody roar, mysterious choke, bumps, unknown scars, frozen dead, and silent heart. Humans know their problems and teach them about the illnesses and conditions that they had no idea about. Together, the Healthcare Industry expanded the knowledge of the body to multiple planets and systems throughout the Mikey Way. The Headquarters of the universal healthcare industry is in Melbourne, Florida, close to where NASA is. The city of Melbourne changed their name to New Melbourne, for the city had changed so much throughout the century. By 2100, aliens from systems close by visited Earth and Humans spread to other planets, even living on them. Of course, with the universe being infinite means that there are infinite types of conditions, so the New Melbourne Healthcare Industry is constantly discovering new illnesses and new disorders.

As the Healthcare Industry spreads, so does the Police and Fire Departments. The two departments became part of the hospitals and it became three in one. Shortly after, the FBI became a part as well. The dragons thought it'll be easier for the fire team to bring in the injured to the emergency room and then go next door. And in case a teammate gets seriously injured during a recuse or by a criminal. After a case of a patient who can't walk and by herself, unable to charge a drunk person, because the courthouse is on the other side of the city. The dragons agreed to add the courthouse next to the hospitals for the patients who were injured by the people who hurt them intentionally. Every New Melbourne building has the same objectives which is to help society and make it better. One in particular is the New Melbourne Tower in New York City. It's different from the rest because it has the best team and members than any in the Mikey Way. Their journey started on November 19th, 2169.

The year is 2169, November 19th, 8:23am, on the rooftop of an apartment complex, 10 floors high up, there's a light fury with her back covered in blood. Behind her is two very large openings and on the floor is two of her wings. She stands on the edge of the rooftop and looks down to the streets below. A teardrop falling off her face, her eyes bloodshot from crying uncontrollably. A large scar is on the left side of her face, from her eye down to her neck. She closes her eyes and takes a deep breath, then jumps off the rooftop.
