The Sun Prairie Ghost of Wisconsin

In the summer events of August 1979 to 1999 the towns people of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin had seen mysterious sightings of a ghostly figure roaming the grounds of the towns railroad system.
And it's most likely to say every legend has there story right?

Who was the Sun Prairie Ghost of Wisconsin nobody knew for sure on who he was but there is one expert on the paranormal who knows who this ghostly figure was.
But we'll get to that part of this story later as the time unfolds.
However let's get into the accounts of what the towns people have claimed to see.

August 1979:
This one account coming a backwoods hillbilly named Judson Blacksteel he came into town the one day reporting to the police saying that he had spotted a strange man in a black hooded cloaked jacket with a burlap button shirt and dirty mud stained pants Judson Blacksteel went further on to say that the figure was standing out into the treeline of the outskirts of the woods, he said he had his gun on him and he pulled it out to shoot at it and when he did the bullets had no effect on the figure "It was like as if the bullets didn't even faze him!" Said Mr. Blacksteel had went on to say as he saw for himself the bullets passing through the figure as he shot three shotgun rounds at it none affecting the figure.
Mr. Blacksteel then tore open his button up red plaid shirt to show three bullet holes on his chest he swore to the police that he didn't do this to himself and he immediately sent to the hospital to get the wounds treated fast.
The police went on out to go searching for this mysterious hooded figure in the woods but came up with nothing.

August 1980:

A local photographer for family pictures named Shannon Baker had claimed that every picture that she had took was normal looking but as she had looked closer especially at one picture in specific details she saw a black hooded figure standing off to the side in the background of the photo.
It showed a single mother with three children.

Posing for a picture the picture seemed all happy and innocent until she saw something in the background.
