This is Mha Delta, or Delta Kaminari (He's Denki Kaminari's ADOPTED brother). His first quirk is called "Moonlight King" as long as the moon is visible in the sky, Delta will be able to use the moon as his own infinite power source.

The percentage of Delta's power that awakens always depends on which type of moon phase is up in the sky. If it's a first or third quarter moon, 50% of Delta's power awakens. If it's a waxing or waning cresent, then 15% of his power awakens. If it's a waxing or waning Gibbous, then 85% of his power awakens. And if it's a full moon  then 100% of his power awakens, while 0% awakens on a new moon. But on a blood moon, 250% of Delta's power awakens and he becomes the true Midnight King. His hero name is "Moonlight soul".

He also has another quirk that he uses in the daytime called "Spirit control". Delta can use his soul energy and turn it into weapons, melee attacks, and ranged attacks.

Next up is MHA Leah

This is Leah, her quirk is called  "Adapt"; Each attack and environment  thrown at Leah will make Leah's body adapt instantly to the conditions from the attacks or environmental conditions, kinda like Scp-682

But it will put a strain on her muscles after the 6th time she uses her quirk if she takes an attack head on. Her hero name is "Eco", standing for ecosystem. She holds a scythe as a weapon, the scythe can summon and control fire, ice, and water.
