Chapter 8 set up

Namjoon pov

It's been two years since Namjoon joined the Trojan's he's met everyone and got close to the gang everyone accepts him as their future leader. Jeonghoon has become like a father figure to Namjoon they go on jobs together and Namjoon is involved in everything the Trojans do. Namjoon has been keeping in contact with his father and mother he hasn't talked to his sibling scared to see how they feel about him leaving them behind he didn't want them to tank he abandoned them but he doesn't want them to think he's coming home anytime soon America has become his home now.

"Namjoon! Someone reported four kings' men in our part of town near the ware house we have to check it out." Jeonghoon came into namjoon's office his face showed anger Namjoon stood up "why would they be here? Haven't they learned by now?" Namjoon followed his leader out his office and into the elevator. "Maybe there trying to test us but whatever the cause they need to leave one way or the other." Namjoon nodded and followed the leader to his car, jeonghoon pulled out the parking lot spinning tires not holding back his anger.

Jeonghoon got out his car slamming the door shut Namjoon followed him to make sure he didn't do anything he would regret. "you stay here joon, I don't need my successor dead, if I'm not back in 10 minute's come check everything I have a spare gun under the passenger seat."  Namjoon nodded walking back to the car he took the gun and tucked it into his pants, he stood in front of the building checking his phone every minute growing impatient and anxious waiting on his leader to come out the building unharmed and happy.

When the time was up jeonghoon was still inside, Namjoon sighed and walked into the building looking for his leader who was nowhere on the first two floors namjoon went up the stairs to the third floor when namjoon opened the door he hear laughing sounds, he carefully went to look into the room and looked in from the corner jeonghoon was on his knees tied up some guys around namjoon's age surrounded him laughing namjoon looked at the keys in his hands and got an idea he went down to the second floor and pointed the keys to the car and pressed the horn button multiple times before running to an empty room and hiding after a moment he heard they guys run down the stairs he counted all four of them before he ran back to his leader.

"Namjoon you have to leave! They will find you, you need to take care of the Trojans for me." Namjoon stood there shocked at what he heard "no, I'm not ready yet we can go together!" jeonghoon shook his head and smiled "you won't make it with me I hurt my leg I'll slow you down, now go! Quickly!" namjoon hesitated for a moment but looked at his leader with a sad face before running off to an empty room and waited for the guys to come back so he could leave without being seen. Went the guys came back namjoon looked into the room the guy held a gun to jeonghoon's leg he shot him once making him groan from pain they guy shot his shoulder making jeonghoon yell in pain he looked at namjoon and gave him one last smile before the guy shot him in the head killing him completely.

Namjoon backed up slowly accidently tipping over an old beer bottle, they guys turned their head to the door namjoon took off running down the stairs, the guys on his tail the whole time namjoon tried to dodge the bullets being shot at him he got shot in the shoulder but knew if he stopped he would get killed so he kept running, he pushed through the double door and ran outside into the car he struggled to get the keys out his pocket, the guys came out the door namjoon finally got the keys out and started the car dust flew everywhere as he pulled off heading back to the company.

"What do you mean he's dead!!?" donghyun yelled frustrated as he ran his hands through his hair "I tried to help him he told me to go because he was hurt!" namjoon spoke up defending himself while jihoon treated his wound "he's right, you got shot trying to get away if you stayed to try and save him while he was hurt you both would have died." Jihoon spoke up putting the last stich in his shoulder. "How do we know you didn't just leave him to die!?" donghyun glared at namjoon and sungho looked around and sighed hesitating

"I don't think namjoon would do that, he's had plenty of opportunities! Namjoon is our leader now we have to let everyone know." Everyone agreed while donghyun was still arguing "I'll take my leave now you know where to find me if you need anything leader." Jihoon bowed and left the room followed by an angry donghyun "I'll see you around namjoon." Sungho left the room leaving namjoon alone, he wasn't ready for leader yet there was so many things that he needed to learn and his leader and teacher were gone, who would be able to teach him now?

Namjoon sat back in the chair in the meeting room leaning the his right side s his shoulder wouldn't touch the chair he sighed he looked at jeonghoon like a father figure and now he's gone namjoon had no one left in America that really knew him he was really upset the tears he was holding back left his eyes one by one he covered his face with his hands he felt alone he knew who the guy who led the party was it is Kim seokjin he killed jeonghoon to get revenge for his parents but how far would jin go when he finds out jeonghoon wasn't his parent? Namjoon would really be alone now....
