N - Sophie! Your going to be late for school!
A - come on Sophie you can ride with Marinette and I today!
S - I'm here, I'm ready, let's go!
N - have a good day you two
S / A - Bye mother
Nathalie waved her two kids goodbye, once the car had driven out of site she went to find Gabriel. He wasn't in his office, he wasn't in their room nor the dining room.
N - Where could he be?
She then set out for the garden, and there he was. Sat on a bench in front of Emelie's statue updating her on how things were.
Nathalie sat beside Gabriel resting her head upon his shoulder and he wrapped his arm around her waist.
G - did Adrien and Sophie get off to school okay?
N - yes, you know Sophie was talking about a guy in her class
G - just a friend?
N - obviously
The pair chuckled as Gabriel kissed the top of Nathalie's head.
G - I love you Nathalie
N - I love you too moi papillon.
G - I've been thinking
N - well that's never a good thing
G - oh ha ha very funny Mrs Agreste
Nathalie smiled as she softly kissed Gabriel
S - ewww! Get a room!
N - Sophie?! What are you doing home?
S - Akuma alert, we all got sent home but Adrien went with Marinette.
Both adults nodded
S - so dad what have you been thinking?
Her grey blue eyes sparkled in the sun as her dark hair softly fell below her shoulders
G - I was thinking that me and your mother should take a vacation with you and Adrien
N - a vacation? But you never take vacations! I'm surprised you even agreed to a honey moon!
G - and to think if I hadn't had gone, I could of sent you off by yourself, peace and quite for a week with no Nathalie!
Nathalie quirked an eyebrow in disapproval
N - you know you would have missed me after the first few hours of a "quite week without Nathalie"
G - I can't lie to you, can I?
N - so where do you want to go?
G - I kind of want to take a skiing trip?
S - can you even ski father?
G - I'm a little rusty
N - What he means is he is getting old
G - Excuse me, I am only 2 years old than you my dear
The two laughed
S - I'm going to call Sam
G - who's Sam?
Gabriel asked and he rested his head upon Nathalie's
S - oh, he is just a friend
Sophie answered as she walked away
N - and so another oblivious Agreste has been taken victim by the "just a friend" phase.
I had so much hope for our daughter, but she got stuck with the same brain cell you and Adrien must share!
G - Thank you, Mrs Agreste for your observation, and here is me thinking you loved me.
N - I do
G - and I love you too, my dear Nathalie
