Horns of cars were heard making him more irritated and angry than he already was. Jung Hoseok slammed his fist on the steering wheel of his car.
He had to reach the airport soon anyhow . It was an urgent matter. He had to reach the airport and face her. He couldn't let her leave him again. He needed her back in his life.
He let her go once and he was not going to repeat the mistake twice. He looked around and there was no way that the jam was going to be clear anytime soon.
Shit. Why does this always happen to me? He thought clenching his fists tightly.
Determined to make it to the airport, he undid his seatbelt and got out of his car.
He started running through the streets. He ran as if his life depended on it which actually did.
He could tell people were looking at him strangely but he didn't care in the least bit right now.
All that mattered to him at the moment was that he had to reach the airport before the flight took off and he lost her again forever.
He bumped into some people on his way.
" Yah Young man, stop running like that ." ,Some said to him.
He just muttered a quick sorry to them before resuming running towards the airport.
He panted as he stood in the airport. He looked around trying to locate the person he was searching for.
" Excuse me Sir, you've been looking around . Do you need some help?" , a random staff of the airport asked him.
" Umm the Flight from Seoul to Tokyo today....
" Oh the flight XXXXX left only a few minutes ago. " ,the lady said causing Hoseok's heart to break in several pieces.
He clenched his fist and tried his best not to cry in front of the lady.
" Um may I ask why you were asking about that flight?"
" Um,I wanted to see off a friend before she left but it seems I was late. " . Hoseok said giving the lady a forced smile.
He turned around to leave with his head down .
He felt so lost and devastated. He had lost her again. She has left and they would never meet again.
Despite him trying so hard, A lone tear managed to roll Dow his cheek before falling on the ground.
