We love because He first loved us,
His love conquers
Whatever discord brings,
And it can cover,
A multitude of things.
It's beyond the pad and pen,
And bigger than what I'd say.
So I say amen,
To describe how I feel today.
A love so kind,
In Christ you will find.
Love that does not envy,
It is not puffed up,
He fills your cup.
What is cold ,
What is lifeless,
What has lost all hope and its dead,
Love can breathe new meaning,
And give it back new life.
So let God have full reign,
Let Him live within your heart
Then you will know true love,
For this He will impart.
