Y/n smirked, sneaking out of the house, heading to go and set up everything for his birthday. For the longest time, Kakashi didn't like birthdays. It reminded him of his dad, but he had been given so many blessings, so he didn't mind as much anymore. He was sleeping still and Y/n ran to the Hokage's office, bursting in with a huge grin. He looked at her and raised an eyebrow, curiosity in his eyes.
"ITS KAKASHI'S BIRTHDAY WHICH MEANS ITS PARTY DAY!" she exclaimed, "I just needed to make sure it was okay with you,"
He nodded, knowing full well she wouldn't have it any other way but the huge smile on her face was enough to make him happy as hell.
The entire town was setting things up. Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura were in charge of keeping him inside the house while everyone helped set up. She didn't know how they managed to keep him inside there for such a long time. When he finally got out, his eyes glanced up and down the streets, looking for his wonderful fiancé. He failed to notice the decorations, to which the townspeople sighed in relief. His three genin followed after him, seeing where he was going.
Eventually, he did find her. She was sitting at a table, tasting some food before placing a huge thumbs up in front of them. He raised an eyebrow before sneaking up behind her and wrapping his arms around her waist. he felt her flinch up. She glanced behind her and slapped him harshly, sending him flying backward, knocking him out.
"anyway chile," she said with a smirk, picking him up, despite her pregnancy and laid him back down before getting back to work... it was only a few more hours before he got surprised.
