The wind softly brushed against Isaacs face as he stared out into the night sky from his window. The stars seemed endless and they shown brighter than ever. The trees swayed slowly side to side. People would walk silently down the sidewalk. He liked to listen to the soft sounds of footsteps and the faint hums of the cars as they drove by.

Isaac sighed and rested his head on the frame of the window, using his arm as a pillow. Isaac was always stressed but to be honest he just did that to himself. ever since he was 7 he knew he was different from the other kids and he knew he wasn't going to fit in if he didn't hide his true self. He knew what would happen if he came out because his big sister,Bella, did and it wasn't good.

Ever since his sister came out as lesbian.....she was hated by everyone and even their own parents. His parents knew he was gay and treated him just the same as Bella. Bella found it unfair because he never would stand up to her or do anything to help her because he didn't want tp lose his friends. Isaac was selfish and he knew that and he hated himself for his selfishness but....if he lost his friends he would lose his reputation in the school and that would ruin him.

A knock on the door interrupted his calming. He didnt have to worry if it was his mom or dad because they never knocked. Only Bella did. No matter how many times Isaac betrayed Bella she always treated him with such great love and respect. It confused Isaac but he let it happen no matter what.

Bella peeked her brunette little head through the door and looked at Isaac. She smiled and opened the rest of the door with her foot. She walked in with two plates with food. "Mom made chicken and rice " she announced softly. Sounding cheerful as ever. Isaac stopped looking out the window and at Bella. He smiled a little and took one of the plates before setting it on his lap.

They never ate meals with their family. Ever since they both came out their parents tried so hard to push them out of their lives. They no longer did anything together that meant being happy with their children. Isaac and Bella didn't know their parents anymore. They weren't even sure if they should of called them their parents.

Bella sat down next to him and began to eat. Isaac didnt. His mind wondered off into his own world of happiness and where they would be excepted. She noticed and nudged him softly with her elbow. "Hey...you okay?" she asked. Isaac smiled and was silent for a couple of seconds before he locked eyes with her.

'Yeah...I'm fine Bella" he said trying to sound happy. She sighed and set her plate down on the bedside table.

"Look Isaac....its not your fault" she put a hand on his shoulder. He looked away and nodded. "I mean it Isaac. It's their fault." Isaac nodded again and started to eat his food."isaac-"

"I want to talk about something else" he mumbled. Bella smiled and grabbed her plate again.

"Okay-" she thought about a topic as they ate. after a few minutes she finally had a topic. "Oh sooo have you been invited to anything?" She said nearly spitting out her chicken. Isaac smiled and chuckled.

"Yeah actually....Emily invited me to her party "

"When's that?" Bella asked. Isaac thought for a while before his eyes went wide. He looked at the clock and his eyes just went wider.

"TODAY!" He immediately started to stuff his face. " AND ITS IN AN HOUR!" He managed to say with all the food in his mouth. Bella laughed.

"Slow down! I bet you have the time. "

"Yeah sure i do" he said spurting out some food. Bella shook her head and laughed. Once he was done with inhaling the food, he set the plate down on his bed and went to his closet.
