WARNING: Some blood (except it's neon blue) and a short battle scene coming up!

Ubercorn's POV:

"SOME BIG BLACK THING'S GOT HIM!!!" Lars screamed through the radio.

Oh come on, Slayer! Sigh, if only there was someone else from a different legend who could help...

Wait a second...

I hung up on Lars (rude, I know, but I'd just had this brilliant idea) and, turning to Gail, said "I think I know someone who can help us."

Her eyes lit up as hope was sparked in her soul. She looked at me intently and asked "What is it?"

"A pilot cadet has a pretty good knack with mythology. If there's anyone who could help get the others back, she'll know them!"

"But Ubercorn," Gail replied, "there are at least a hundred cadets on this island, let alone the Academy Grounds. How are we ever going to find her?"

I was in JetPad like Flash... or Sonic, depending on which one is faster. I switched on the speakers and announced "Could Cadet ID number 359208 come to JetPad please, I repeat, Charlotte Auchter report to JetPad stat."

A mere minute later, I heard the swoosh of JetPad's automatic doors opening. I looked round and saw a cadet in the entrance. She wore the pilot cadet uniform, and her long carrot-red hair was tied tightly into braids, but a few strands of hair fell graciously over her face. (You guys should recognise her. I didn't at the time, but after Xuli told me the entire story of the tsunami, I got it)

"Ubercorn, you called?" she panted upon reaching us.

I asked "Are there any legends of anyone who could help us at least fend off the Slayer?"

Lottie thought for a moment, thousands of legends seeming to whizz around in her head. I watched her as she seemed to say to herself Wrong side... no, not that one... too evil... too stupid... too scared... too weak... not even real...

Suddenly, her face lit up as she snapped her fingers and declared "We have a winner." She then turned to me and asked "Ubercorn, does JetPad have the right equipment to send a distress signal to a far away planet?"

"Uh, I don't know," I stammered, scratching the back of my head with my hoof. "But we could give it a try."

Everything from then seemed like a blur. I can't remember what in the name of disco happened, but I remember Gail pressing some button on JetPad's dashboard, silence, and then a big series of yells coming from outside.

We all got in the Vroomster and headed out to where we heard the commotion from. When we got there, we saw nothing but Lars sitting on an upside-down Truckster...

And a tall cat holding something blue.

???'s POV:

I sat in my packed office, bored out of my mind. Sure, running a huge kingdom is hard work, but I currently had nothing to attend to: nobody arguing, no crimes, no nothing. Everything was completely normal for once.

I looked out of the window and watched the grass swaying in the wind outside, begging for something to spice up my otherwise dull day.

All of a sudden, my computer started flashing and beeping. I pumped my fist in victory, whispering "Yess!", before reading the text by the alarm on the screen.

It was a distress signal.

From a new planet I'd never seen before.

The report was only 2 words, but they both told me everything.
