carmen knew she was beautiful, it is all she had ever been told since she was born. but that was all she was. just beautiful, nothing else. as she grew older, she used her beauty to her advantage making people do things for her because she knew they would. no one ever said no to carmen. believe or not, things will not make you whole. no matter how hard she tried to fill the void with cars, trips to paris, and hookups, she was always left just as empty as she was before.
