Y/n 's POV
I whipper around and saw a boy. He was not much taller that me with dark hair and beautiful green eyes. He had an adorable smile plastered on his face and I couldn't help but grin. He had the kind of eyes that you could just stare into for hours...
He asked again.
"is this your dog?"
I suddenly snapped back into reality and blushed. "Yes thank you for finding him!"
"I'm Aidan. We just bought the house over there" he said as he pointed next door. Yes, the one next to mine. This cute guy with the most adorable dimples was going to be in the house next to mine for the rest of the summer. I couldn't believe my luck!
"Hi Aidan, I'm y/n" I said and could feel my cheeks getting warm. Oliver had fallen asleep in his arms. There's nothing cuter than a puppy sleeping in a guys arms! He passed Oliver back to me and I thanked him once again.
"Which house are you in?" He asked me.
"I'm actually in the one right next to yours!"
"Well I'll see you around y/n"
I waved but was disappointed that our encounter was so short. But I had the feeling that I would be seeing a lot more of him.
Aidans POV:
She was the cutest girl I had ever seen. I saw her getting out of her car and couldn't help but stare. I watched as she stretched after her long drive and tied her long, dark hair into a messy ponytail. Her puppy bounded out of the car and ran down their driveway. 'This is my chance' I though as I ran down so I could grab the dog before she got there.
When she introduced herself, she seemed shy and sweet. Y/n didn't seem like any of the other girls I've dated, but I liked that. I made a promise to myself that I would make sure that by the end of the summer, she was my girl.
