Please dont say goodbye

Sophie's POV
I started walking towards Grady "Wait up Sophie!" It was Fitz.

"Please leave me alone Fitz I am not in the mood for your lame excuses."

"You know what fine! Walk away but we're talking later whether you like it or not! Goodbye Sophie Foster." Fitz walked away angrily.

I started laughing. Why? I don't know, but it felt good and I didn't want to stop, so I didnt. I stood in the middle of the field laughing until I had tears in my eyes. Laughing so hard I almost forgot where I was supposed to be going in the first place.

I started running towards Grady, my cheeks stained with tears. When I got to Grady he looked like he had seen a ghost and than I saw why.
Keefe.
My heart skipped a beat.
Keefe.
I felt tears on my face.
Keefe.
My breathing got hard.
Keefe.
I felt my knees go out.
He was....
No it couldn't be, after all he had been through. Why...

"Did you call Elwin yet?!" I yelled. I need Keefe to be ok what am I gonna do without him?! Keefe was always there for me either to crack a joke or to offer a shoulder to cry on. I picked up my imparted and said "Elwin"

"What's wrong Sophie?" Elwin said in a joking kind of voice.

"Keefe, Havenfeild, help please, come now" she was barely able to whisper.

"i'm on my way " Elwin said, now looking worried.

A second later I saw Elwin glitter into appearance and freeze. "Oh my.... What happened to him?" He said while calling Alden.

"I don't know, I don't know why he was here, I don't know what made him end up in the gorgadons cage, I don't know what he did to deserve this. I don't know."

Elwin pulled Keefe over to the cot he brought with him. "I'm gonna have to bring him back to the clinic to check his vitals and make sure everything's stable, but first I need to bandage up these wounds" Elwin said to me.

"O-ok" I replied while shivering. Keefe did not deserve this. Keefe is wonderful. He is sweet. He is kind. He is funny. I love him. Wait what. No I don't. Nooo I do not. Why did i just think say that. Stop lying. Wait. Um. What. I'm not. Do I. Keefe?
"What happened to him?" I heard a voice say. I was too into my own thought before I realized. The voice belonged to Lady Gisela.

Hi guys I know I took FOREVER to update but I had a holiday were I couldn't use technology and I really didn't know what to write so I just spit this out sorry for how bad and short it is. I am fasting today which means I cant do my second favorite thing ever. Eat. So I hope you enjoyed this weird and.... confusing chapter.
