(Kearas Pov)
i rolled over and looked at the clock, it was 9am and i didnt want to get up but i had to go to work down at the coffee shop. i brushed my hair, pulled on my uniform and threw on a black pair of converse. i walked out of my apartment door and bumped into this guy carrying a bunch of boxes.
The boxes scattered everywhere along with me and the guy.
i got up and laughed
"Sorry i bumped into your boxes, I'm Keara."
"Mitch, and thats ok," Mitch laughed too.
as we picked the boxes up off the floor i had gotten curious on what was inside them
"What are these for anyways?" i smiled as i handed one to Mitch.
"I'm moving in, right down the hall actually," Mitch replied.
I started carrying a few boxes down the hall. Mitch followed me.
"Thanks," he smiled.
"No problem," i smiled back.
Mitch had a cute smile.
(Mitchs POV)
We finally finished moving boxes from the hallway into my new apartment. Keara helped me unpack the furniture and move it all into place. it took about 3 hours and i wanted to pay her back, i pulled $30 out of my wallet and handed it to her.
"Here," I said.
"What is this for?" Keara asked me.
"Your help," i smiled.
She pushed my hand away
"You keep it, I don't get paid for volunteer work" she laughed
Her laugh was amazing.
"Fine," i crossed my arms like a baby and huffed.
Keara laughed at my remark and i walked her to the door. I slid the money into her shorts pocket along with another tiny piece of paper.
"Bye," Keara said and smiled.
"I'll talk to you later" i said kinda bummed.
I closed the door, but I didn't want her to leave
(Kearas POV)
I didn't want to leave, i had missed work anyways so there really was no reason to go back to my apartment so soon but Mitch had closed the door.
I left the apartment building and i had decided to go to the coffee shop anyways to appoligize to my friend Renne who usually worked the same shift as me. When i got there she was standing at the counter helping Jerome(ASFjerome) one of my best friends.
"Hey guys way to start the party without me" i laughed. Jerome hugged me
"I'm sorry biggums, i needed my coffee though" Jerome laughed and hugged me tighter.
Renne poured herself and I a cup of coffee too and we all sat together.
"Guess what?!" Jerome shouted in the middle of the conversation.
"I think you just woke up the neighborhood Jerome," Renne remarked plugging her ears.
"Sorry," Jerome said "I just remembered that later we are throwing a surprise house warming party for my buddy Mitch later."
I wondered if it was the same guy i had met earlier
"Anyways," Jerome continued "I was wondering if you guys wanted to come."
"Sure!" Renne answered for both of us. "Danny should be coming in a few minutes for his shift anyways, what time does it start?"
"We just need to be there around 5 because he should be getting back to his apartment with Quentin(HuskyMudkips) at 6 and we need time to set up."
"Sounds good!" Me and Renne said in union.
"Oh by the way," Jerome called as he was walking out of the coffee shop "Mitch lives in your apartment Keara so we will all meet at your place!"
Now i knew it was the guy i had met earlier
and boy was i excited.
