Third Person POV:

The sun shines over the horizon, as the rays shine through (Y/n)s window waking her up. She tiredly rubs her eyes, remembering the dream she had last night. She wasn't sure if she should believe the strange dream because, some dreams that people may have could be just silly stuff. (Y/n) sits up getting out of bed, streching her tired body.

~skip (y/n) getting dressed~ (I'm lazy, please don't be mad, you can imagine what ever (y/n) is wearing)

(Y/n) then heads down stairs, noticing that her mother was gone, she then notice a note on the table, she picked it up then started reading it:

"Dear (Y/n),

I'll be at the store for a while, we needed more milk, eggs, bread, cheese, orange, corn, and other stuff. Make sure to stay safe, if I need to get anything else you may call me and tell me. If there is any trouble, one of the house phones is on the kitchen counter, the second one is in the living room, and the last one is in our bedroom, you can use either one of those to call the police. Make sure to lock all the doors when you're not in the house, we don't want any unwanted guests in the house. Stay safe!!

-Love Mom"

(Y/n) playfully rolled her eyes, her mother was always protective. She set the note back down on the table, then grabbed an apple, eating it, throwing the core away when she was finished. She then had an idea of what she could do while her parents were gone.

She ran upstairs into her room, going on her knees and reaching under her bed grabbing a flashlight and pulling out a backpack. She runs out of her room going to the fridge grabbing some water bottles and some snacks, placing them into her backpack. She then heads over to the back door.

Exiting out of the back door, closing it behind her and before locking it she checked here bag making sure she had her keys, which she did. Locking the back door, and heading to an old shed, opening it and looking inside, spotting a crowbar to her enjoyment. She then picks it up feeling the cold metal touching her warm hands, placing it into her backpack. the then puts her backpack on her back, it felt a little heavy but it didn't bother her too much, she then walked to the forest entering in.

~hours later~ (skipping the walking)

(Y/n)s POV:

I finally arrived at the abandoned mall, I thought it was finally time to explore it. I didn't bother to record it because, it's not like I'm gonna go missing. I then take my backpack off my back and unzipped it taking out the crowbar, I then used the crowbar to pry open the entrance to the mall, it took some time but I eventually got it to budge. Some of the glass cracked, making me worried because what if it eventually shatters and the animals that live in the forest unknowingly step on the broken glass, getting hurt.

But, I knew there was nothing I could do about it. I then put the crowbar back into my bag and pulled out my flashlight, putting my backpack on my back. I then inhale then exhale as I entered the creepy place while turning on my flashlight. It looked more awful than I thought it would.

There was just so much trash and discus ting old rotting food on the ground. The smell was awful, it smelled like rotting food, and possibly moldy cheese or something the smell was indescribable. I pull my shirt over my nose trying to block the smell.

I take careful steps trying not to step on anything that could possibly ruin my (boots/shoes). I keep shining my flashing around the building that was falling apart from decay and neglect. The more I looked around the building the more sad I felt, imaging family's walking through here looking incredibly happy, then everything becoming gloomy and empty.
