You told me you liked me,
I smiled and blushed.
Because of you,
My heartbeat felt rushed.
My eyes were wide open,
Not a tear to fall.
But I gave you up,
And again my heart was small.
Now for three years,
I fell for you,
Over and over,
You had no clue.
You moved on from me,
To prettier and taller,
But now my heart
Continues to get smaller.
