I'm really sorry if I got any info wrong. I haven't actually watched MHA, I just got the info from other stories.  By the way, none of this belongs to me except any oc's that I eventually make and the plot. Hope you enjoy!

Bakugou had always been friends with Izuku "Deku" Midoriya. As a child, he used to always play around with him. Until it was diagnosed that his best friend was quirkless. Although he knew that all quirkless people were "outcasts" of society, he couldn't bring himself to leave his dearest friend.
Then several years later, someone else came along. Denki Kaminari. He was the kid you thought would be swept up with society's view on quirkless people. But then he stood up, shouted that he didn't care about the status quo, and befriended them.
He knew what it was like. He, himself, was ridiculed because his quirk caused him to short-circuit. Being friends with each other helped with that. They slowly brought back up their self-esteem and became better. Izuku taught them many things, even if he was quirkless.
He loved analyzing quirks, so both of them became geniuses at that. Mitsuki Bakugou taught them fashion design and jewelry making. Inko Midorya taught them art and music. Izuku also loved to make things, like his self-recalling batons for fighting. He wanted to join the support class in UA so he could support his friends.
But there was one thing hindering his dreams. To go to UA, you had to have a quirk, which he lacked. It was a rule that the founders of UA had set up.
So he proceeded to get the next best thing. The second best school for the support course. Sadly, he would not see Kat (Bakugou) and Kami (Denki) as much as he normally would, although after school every day they went to one of their houses.
They spent as much of their time together before they would eventually split up. They even had a locket each with a picture of all of them together that they made themselves.
It wasn't long before it was time for the entrance exams. Both of them passed with great scores, and they also had what people called "flashy quirks". It was easier for them to make something out of their lives.
Quirkless people always started at the bottom of the social ladder. A lot of people hated them because they were weaker in other people's eyes. It would make sense why the people at UA didn't admit him into the Support Course.
The Hero Course was a dangerous profession. Many people died, got injured, or never recovered from this job. But even though it was dangerous, it also helped save lives.
Sadly, this year's Class 1-A kept on getting targeted by the villains. They were the best choice to attack because of useful quirks and possible recruits.
If the League of Villains had even one spy in UA, they were all screwed. If any of them were kidnapped, both the League of Villains and the Heroes knew that their classmates would do anything to get them back. They considered each other family, and family would do anything for one another.
To keep them safer (as it wasn't guaranteed that they would be completely safe), they told every class in the Hero Course to move into dorms on campus.
This was not good for Izuku, as the only thing that still kept him grounded was the daily visits to his best friend's houses. They were the only people that cared about him besides his mother, after all.
The bullying had gotten worse, and the teachers always turned a blind eye. Nobody cared for the quirkless in this society.
Even All Might, the number one hero, had said to give up on his dream. He apparently would never reach it because he was quirkless.
Bakugou and Denki were in the dorms a week after being told to move in after the disaster the USJ had been. Bakugou was in the kitchen cooking some food because the rest of them were, according to him, "bumbling idiots who didn't know how to cook."
Denki was drinking some water in the living room. All of a sudden, he got a text from his mother. It was out of place because he would visit his parents on the weekend, and they never tried to contact him on school days.
When he read the text though, he dropped his glass and screamed...
