Arrival of the Bride

I heard thunder outside of my window and a knock on the front door. I was in the middle of editing the sequel to one of my books.

"Mmmmmm... we have a guest..." I said teleporting the entry hall.

I see my little brother, Ayato, glaring at a blonde haired girl as she walked away. She must have interrupted his nap.

I felt my iPhone vibrate in my pocket, I took it out and saw a text from father.

"Dearest Kiyomi,

The newest sacrificial bride will be coming to live with you and your brothers. Try and keep the boys from killing her.

Your Father XOXOXO"

"How fun," I said smirking.

I teleported myself to the living room and I was hanging on the chandelier. None of my brothers saw, heard, or felt my presence.

Then I heard, "Oh, is that all?" I heard another one of my brothers, Kanato, ask.

"More like a sacrifice than a bride," Raito said with amusement lacing his voice.

"He also says don't kill her, boys," I said as I jumped next Reiji.

"You knew too, onee-sama?" Kanato asked.

"Got text like a minute ago from him," I said before looking at the bride.

"H-how did you g-get here?" She asked in fright.

"Awwwww, so cute. You're terrified," I said with a chuckle.

"Really, that means we're going to have a verrrry long relationship with her," Raito said.

"It appears there is no misunderstanding, so allow us to introduce ourselves," Reiji took the introductions.

"That is first born child, Kiyomi," Reiji said motioning to me.

"Hello, Pinkie," I said with a wink and waved my hand.

"That is the second born, Shu," Reiji motion to Shu's sleeping form.

"I am the third born, Reiji," he introduced himself.

"This is the fourth, Ayato," motioned to Ayato.

"You won't get away next time," Ayato said with a smirk.

"Kanato..." motioned Kanato.

"Please let me sample you again sometime?" Kanato asked sweetly.

"Raito..." motioned to Raito.

"Please to meet you, Bitch-chan," Raito greeted with a wink.

"And the seventh born, Subaru,"Reiji motioned to Subaru.

"Tch, what a waste of time." Subaru said glaring at the girl.

"But this has to be a mistake. No one told me anything about brides. And... And beside, you're all... kind of weird." the girl said in a frightened tone.

A silence fills the room

"I... I need to contact my father." the girl said taking a step back.

I heard a click and saw Ayato holding an old looking pink flip cell phone.

"My cell phone! Please give it back!" the girl asks/demanded.

"Should I?" Ayato asked sarcastically.
