I hit the button and the portal door showed up and I grabbed her hand and we walked through it . After we went through I hit the button again making the door close . Amity smelled the air...it smelt so fresh and clean and sweet . I smiled at Am " like the scent? It smells way better here that bones burrow..." Amity was overwhelmed by everything " everything here is so beautiful..........." I smiled at Am I was amused how taken she was . I grabbed her hand and we walked down the path onto a sidewalk and cars passed us and Amity freaked out " THERE SO LOUD" I hugged her " you're okay Am there cars we use these to get around instead of staffs and carriages" I led her to the park and a dog came up to us and I started to pet on it and Amity looked confused " w-what is that?..." " this is a dog wanna pet him?"
" a dog?..." " well I mean we have dogs instead of demons.." Amity petted the dog and after a few mins she absolutely loved it . Come on Am lemme me show ya more I took her to a small town " no magic Amity..." I went over a bought a spicy burrito and I handed it to Amity
" ever tried anything spicy?" "No......"
" it's good but some people can't handle it"
Amity scoffed and said " I'm Amity Blight I can handle anything" she took a HUGE bite out of it " AM OMG" " see it's no-..." " AHHH OMG ITS HOTTTTTTTTTTTT" I went over and literally bought a whole milk carton " here Am drink this" Am drank some of the milk and sat down " owww that was hottttt as hell" I laughed " you shouldn't have taken such a huge bite out of it" I looked at Am " wanna go shopping?" " uh sure.." I made her follow me to a huge mall " stick close to me you can get lost here" we went in and I took her to the clothes section and I made her wear a pair of shorts and a hoodie but I have a bigger surprise for her later we walked out " wow these are super comfy" I took her to a secluded space and there was a bench there and I made her sit down and I grabbed a box and gave it to her . It contained a cat hoodie like mine but it was a green and Amity's eyes lit up " t-thank you...Luz.." Amity quickly changed into it and I blushed looking at her " you look adorable Am and there's one more thing........"
Am looked at me confused but interested , I pulled out a smaller box and I handed it to her and it contained a ring the metal was rainbow and the jewel was emerald and I could see Amity tearing up . I got up and put it on her and she hugged me and I hugged back " I will always love you Amity....." I pulled back and I brought her into a kiss and she kissed back and our hands intertwined . I parted lips and we both stared at one another " I love you Luz.."
" I love you to Am" I picked Amity up and I hit the button making the door appear so we went back through it and I closed the portal and me and Am laid together on the couch. Amity snuggled into me while admiring the ring
" you like it?" " I don't just like it Luz..I love it.." Eda came down and looked at me " so kiddo how did it go ?" " great..." Amity snuggled into me and kissed me on the forehead and I softly laughed and Eda pretended to throw up and I playfully rolled my eyes at her .
