Quirk abilities: Allows user to make any sort of food or drink and can also be floated and controlled to where it must go. Can also lift heavy objects and can be moved around.
Drawbacks: Looses body fat and if there is no more body fat it starts using the muscles as well as the telekinesis takes mana depending on how heavy something is draw back for this one is user starts helucinating and can fall to the floor and curl up.
Izuku is a young boy who has descoverd his quirk by thinking of food he wanted as well as wanting to fly but Izuku did not dream of becoming a hero instead he wanted to own a famous café and now whith his quirk it is possible. Kutsuki loved Izukus quirks and stopped the bullies although he does put Izuku down when Izuku wants to think of being a hero. He only does it to protect Izuku so that he can be his hero and he wants to protect Izuku and be his hero.
Kutsuki got into U.A HIGH while Izuku started his business.
