Birth

Gaara's POV

I listened to Naruto's instructions closely, after he had said the last word his eyelids fluttered closed and the demon fox chakra wrapped itself around him.

I was lost, I don't know what to do to help him give birth. I rushed out of Naruto's house to quickly go to the Hokage Tower. I ignored the guards protests and burst through the door, finding her talking with Kankuro and Temari. I caught my breath for a moment before relaying the information.

"Call Sasuke back from his mission, Tsunade come with me. We must make haste, Naruto is giving birth." She stood up quickly and we rushed to Naruto's apartment. Tsunade yelled at her assistant to call Sasuke back from his mission immediately.

We got to his apartment in no time at all.

You could hear agonizing screams of pain from behind the wooden door. The door was locked. Tsunade broke the door down with one swift punch to it.

"Stay back! The kit can do it himself. It's just a little painful, is Sasuke here yet?" The mix of the deep voice and Naruto's voice intermixed, along with puffs of breath.

"We just called Sasuke to come back." Tsunade answered hurriedly. "Let us help you."

"No! You can't! I'm fine! Just- wait. I'll be done soon." His voice came out breathless.

His screams echoed through Konoha for more than three hours, leaving us with nothing to do but listen to them.

There was no baby wails or cries to break the silence of the night. Only a few moment later, there was sobbing, from the very familiar voice of Naruto.

Tsunade and I rushed back to his bedroom, not caring for the instruction prior.

There lay Naruto cuddled next to six kits, a smile on his face, tears still shimmering in his eyes. His ears low and tail wrapped around his kids. A noise was resounding from his throat, he was purring.

The picture before me made me feel very happy. I took a glance a Tsunade, she is smiling so wide I think her face is going to rip.

"Beautiful." She was amazed.

Sasuke's POV

The messenger bird flew in circles above us before finally gliding toward our group. These damn birds take to long.

The bird perched upon Shikamari's arm. He looked lazily over the scribbles of kanji. His eyes widened and his breath caught.

"Naruto... something has happened to Naruto. There calling us back to the village right away." My blood ran cold. Naruto. Something has happened to my Naruto, which means something has happened to my babies as well.

Kiba looked at us with worry plastered on his face. Though the trip was nearly a day journey, we could make it in half the time.

We all headed out, Naruto swirled in my head with different scenarios that could had happened to him. Raped. Drugged. Murdered. Cut open. Kidnapped. Falling.

I could feel the cold sweat gathering around my brow. My fist clenched.

I need to hurry.
