Ok so I started t trying to shift on on September 17 2020. I was doing the raven method which is when you lay out kinda like a starfish but make sure not of your body parts are touching. It needs to be quiet and shifting Subliminals are you're best bet. So I had on a subliminal and I was laying there with my eyes closed while repeating affirmations in my head. Such as "I am in my desired reality" and "I am shifting peacefully and safely". I started to see white but I was nervous so I accidentally opened my eyes and messed it up. But it was definitely going to work so thats great. I feel like it would be better if I was sleepy so I'm gonna try doing it when I'm kinda sleepy maybe even pop a melatonin.
