⚠️ rant warning ⚠️
This has nothing to do with sports btw
So on September 12 of 2019 I hurt my ankle training for track (yes, there's a difference in training and practicing). That was a WHOLE YEAR AGO?!?!?!?!? My first stupid surgeon did my first surgery wrong (that was in November) and I spent a whole 9 months trying to get better when something he had put in was broken in my heel. This June I got another surgery by a different surgeon and he basically fixed whatever the first surgeon did wrong. It's been 3 months since then and now I'm having nerve problems.
Basically scar tissue is pressing onto the major nerve that runs into your foot and it's causing it to hurt (idk how to describe nerve pain). So they were trying to break the scar tissue today and it's been causing the nerve in my foot to go crazy all day and I HATE IT!!!!
I just want to be able to run track again! I'm never gonna get into college off of it if I can't run!! And I hate therapy sooooo much.
Totally not about to quote DRose, but therapy is just a constant reminder of the things that you used to be able to do with ease but can't do anymore.
Legitimately I can't even single leg jump a 6 inch box jump. I still can't walk normally, and it's been a whole year and I can't even jog.I just want to be able to run again!!!!!! I've been injured longer than it takes to recover from a full Achilles tear, and mine was only 2 ruptured tendons in my ankle
🤬🤬🤬
