Don't try to get away from meWe have training in a few, so I decided to get some fresh air before then. Hmm.. Should I blow some bubbles? It's been awhile since I've been able to enjoy myself like this. Hey don't laugh, it isn't childish! I find myself staring at the sky. I'm not focusing on anything in particular, just watching the clouds pass by.
"Caesarriinooo!"
JoJo. I turn, and he slams into me. He always does this between training. Before I would tug him off of me, but not this time. If I'm going to make JoJo love me, I'll start right away. So I embrace him. Holy shit I shouldn't have done this he's like so firm yet soft at the same time and he smells like cologne when does he ever where cologne or am I just smelling things oh my god I'm holding JoJo this is so great holy fucking shit I can feel him pressing against me and
"-Let go..!!"
Back to reality. That's the only snippet I heard before I realize I'm lifting him off of the ground. He's squirming. Hey.. Don't try to get away from me. I frown, wanting to hold him still. I set him down, and he wheezes. I guess I was squeezing a bit too tight?
My apologizes. I pat his head, ruffling his hair. Mamma mia, just this contact makes me want to eat him up. JoJo you're so cute! Oh, I just remembered. Suzi Q. I have to go give her a dosage of medicine. I jog away, paying no more attention to JoJo.
I walk into Suzi's room carrying a metal plate. On it, a small bottle filled with a clear liquid. It gets a pink tint when light is shone onto it. I place the plate down on the nightstand next to the bed she's sleeping in. I sit on the bed, and push a strand of golden hair behind her ear.
"Suzi, it's time to wake up. You need to take your medicine." I say softly.
She stirs, and then her eyes open half-lidded. She's still tired, I can tell. I give her a small smile. She is no where near the verge of death, but she is for sure sick. She is not going to be leaving this bed under my watch.
"Ah, Caesar.. I-I'm glad.. To see- you.."
What a shaky sentence. Her words get interrupted by a cough, or hiccup, or it seems like she just forgets what she is going to say. I pat her cheek, and tell her I'll be quick, and sit her up gently. I grab the bottle of "medicine" and pop the cap off. I then put my index finger to Suzi's chin so I can tip her head up.
"C'mon Suzi, swallow. I know it might hurt."
If I didn't tip her head up she'll probably choke. Her throat has to be sore or swollen, being that it is difficult for her to talk. I can't imagine her being any more sick than this, so after giving her this dose of poison I wonder what will happen to her. I press the bottle to her lips, and she opens her mouth. I pour the liquid in, and she hesitantly swallows it. She cringes.
"Tastes gross.."
"Pfft.. Medicine doesn't always taste the best, signora. Get some rest."
I was going to give her a drink of water, but she would rather sleep with the horrid taste in her mouth. This poison.. Really drains your physical state. If I were to grab a pillow right now, and press it against her face, she wouldn't put up a struggle at all...
