The Warning

(Y/N) POV

I woke up when Ginny poured water over my head just because she was trying to wake me up for an hour now, for those who wonder what was Ginny doing in my house... let me tell you I'm staying with Ron's family for a while now as my parents had to go on a business trip and they couldn't take me because I have to be at Hogwarts and it will take them long to finish their business. So Mrs. Weasley the kind and generous lady she is, happily agreed for me to stay with them.

"You better get fresh and be down for breakfast or next time it will be chilling cold water on your body" Ginny warned and glared at me before leaving me soaking wet. I woke up from bed went to the washroom did my business and came out to see someone was playing with the lamp on the bedside table. He was small with an old piece of cloth that was covered with dirt. As if he sensed someone was watching him he turned around, I was met with an big green eyes... he had big ears and pale skin.

"(Y/n) (l/n), such an honor it is." He said. At first i was a little shock about how does he know me.

"Who are you?" i asked him.

"Dobby, Miss. Dobby the house-elf." oh so he is an house-elf but this doesn't answer my question to how does he know me and for the fact what was he doing here.

"What are you doing here Dobby and how do you know about me?" i finally asked the question that's been nagging me since i saw him.

"Dobby know everything about you and your past but sorry Miss Dobby is not allowed to tell you how. lt's just that Dobby has come to tell you...." he paused and i looked at him perplexed about what was he talking.

"lt is difficult, miss. Dobby wonders where to begin." he continued still hesitating about what to say.

"Why don't you sit down?" I asked him. His head snapped at me when i said that and his eyes went wide as if i have grown two heads.

"Sit down? Sit down?" He picked the lamp and started repeatedly smacking it on his head while crying. I quickly went towards him tried to snatch the lamp from his hands and put it back on it's place.

"Dobby, l'm sorry. l didn't mean to offend you or anything." i said, i don't know about what i did wrong but still. I helped him in sitting on my bed and gave him a glass of water. He looked at me with his wide, round big green eyes which had tears in them, but i nudge him to take water. He took it and drank it.

"Offend Dobby?" He asked and i nodded my head. He might have been felt offended so he did what he did a few minutes ago.

"Dobby is thankful for your greatness, miss......but never has he been asked to sit down by a witch, like an equal." he said i felt bad when i heard him say that. How could people treat him so badly?.

"You can't have met many decent witches then." i joked trying to make him feel better.

"No, l haven't." he said but again his eyes went wide and this time i don't know what for.

"That was an awful thing to say." he again picked the lamp and started smacking his head.

"Bad Dobby! Bad Dobby!" he said again and again while still smacking the lamp on his head.

"Stop, Dobby. please, stop." i said trying to stop what he was doing.

"Are you all right?" i asked as he settled down again.

"Dobby had to punish himself, miss. Dobby almost spoke ill of his family, Miss.." he said

"Your family?" i asked, Well of course he is a House-elf he might be working for someone.

"The wizard family Dobby serves, miss. Dobby is bound to serve one family forever. lf they ever knew Dobby was here...." he stopped and nervously gulped

"But Dobby had to come. Dobby has to protect Harry Potter and (y/n) (l/n). To warn them."

"wait, you went to harry as well?" i interrupted him, i had to ask if he went to harry or not.

"Yes Miss, i have to warn you both" he said

"Harry Potter and (y/n) (l/n) must not go back......to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry this year. There is a plot, a plot to make most terrible things happen." he continued and after hearing this i had so many questions running in my head.

"What terrible things? Who's plotting them?" i asked him trying to get answers.

"Can't say." he said through gritted teeth.

"Okay, l understand. You can't say." i told him trying to calm him down.

"Don't make me talk. l--" he again took hold of the lamp and started hitting himself.

"Dobby. Dobby, put the lamp down." i said

"Bad Dobby." he said again doing the same thing.

"Give me the lamp. Dobby, stop!" i said and took the lamp out of his hands. But before i could speak any further he was gone. Like in a snap of finger and he was gone just like that.

I sat on the bed for a while thinking about what just happened. I had so many Questions in my head but no answers to it. I wanted to talk to harry but he didn't sent any letters over the holiday. I finally went down greeted everyone and went back up as if Ron understood something was wrong with me he tailed behind me and into my room.

"What is it ron?" i asked him. Honestly i just wanted to be alone.

"I know something is wrong with you. You can tell me (n/n)" he said putting his hand on my shoulder. He is right and i might feel better if i talk about it to someone. So i told him everything.

"I think its just a warning, but i really want to know what is going to happen?" i told him frustratedly.

"Relax we are going tonight to get harry out of that house so you can tag along" he asked. I raised my Eyebrows at him as to why was he going to get harry out of his house and at night and What does he mean by we?

"What do you by get harry out of his house?" i asked

"Well his uncle had put bars around his window and he isn't allowed to go to Hogwarts so me, George and Fred are going to get him out" he explained, Oh so this was their plan. I nodded my head. Then we talked for hours nothing in general just stuffs. Well i was excited to be on adventure.... tonight we will be out to save harry.
