It was all set together, Ashley with Ethan and Alex with Ella. Alex was getting over and doing really well with Ella. Ella was very comforting for him and Ashley was so in love with Ethan that she never argued with him about anything.

Alex and Ashley's friendship was not fading but it was going with many ups and downs. Alex wasn't able to talk to Ashley for some days after she told him that Ella was not good for him. It did hurt him. He knew that Ethan was not good for her either but he never said that because he knew that it would hurt her. So why did she say that? The thought was always disturbing him.

One day Alex and Ella got out for a date. They were just hanging around. Alex always saw Ethan making faces whenever he got near to Ashley and he knew that maybe he didn't like his that's why Ashley was keeping distance from him. But Ella was never like that. Even she heard every story of him and Ashley's friendship but she never judged him. She was, the kind of perfect girlfriend.

On the day of the date, suddenly the couple met Ashley and Ethan, while they were returning from a movie date. Four of them shared 'Hello's and started to plan a double date.
"Where can we go?", Ella said, happily. She never actually interacted to Ashley before so she was excited about sharing a conversation to her boyfriend's best friend.
"We can go to another movie hall or a café or a restaurant.", Ethan suggested.
Ethan and Alex really didn't any kind of hatred towards each other.
"I have a great idea. Come to my place. There is enough room for all of us. We can do whatever we want.", Alex was really excited about the thought, so he wanted then to come.
"But what about dinner?", Ethan sounded like he didn't want to come.
"We can order pizza! Ash's favorite.", Alex looked at Ashley and she smiled.
"Sure. But your room doesn't have so many things to do!", She sounded confused.
Alex looked at her with a face full of surprise. It's like a kind of wave of information passed through them as they looked at each other's eyes. Ashley got what Alex wanted to say at the moment. And said with a bright smile and embarrassment, "Oh, I know!"
"She is right Alex? I haven't seen any things in your room rather than books!", Ella did not understand the suspense.
"Go on, you'll have plenty things to do in his place!", Ashley danced with enjoyment.
Ethan and Ella didn't understand the reason of change of thought in Ashley's mind but they followed them silently. Four of then talked about many things on the way to their home. In the car which Alex was driving, Ella was sitting beside him and on the back seats Ethan and Ashley were sitting, Ethan's hands on her shoulders and her head leaning on his chest. Alex couldn't control his eyes, he was looking at their reflection with his eyes wide open. Ella startled him by her touch on his other hand, but he found sudden comfort in her touch and he took her hand and did hold it tight immediately.

"I love you, Alex!", Ella said suddenly, which surprised Alex because she never really used to say I love you often but Alex returned it back with a kiss on her cheek and then he again concentrated on his driving. The drive was fun, all of them laughing.

In Alex's house, he took them to the large basement of his house, which was full of things.
"And here we are, at the best part of Alex's house!", Ashley said, overjoyed.
"Which you forgot even existed.", Alex teased her with a low voice.
"Come on, I came here a long time ago, maybe 2 years ago, so it just did fade away!", she said it but immediately both of them felt a pain of something in their heart, maybe she felt bad about not knowing the place for years.
All of them were surprised by the formation of the place. A book shelf, a big tv with video games, billiards, 3 sofas for 6 to 8 people, it was full of fun.
"You have good collection!", Ethan's voice didn't sound that much joyed.
"Thanks."
"I didn't know you own this place!", Ella should've been sounded jealous but she didn't, she was very glad being in that place.
"You've made a great progress Alex! How did I miss it?", she said it with a smile but all of then including Ella, who didn't know her, could feel the regret for not being there in a long time.
