Zach - Fainted

A/N - All of the boys live together and this is when they were filming Something Different, let's pretend it works.

Zach had been feeling bad the whole day. He woke up shaky and slightly dizzy, he thought nothing of it though, thinking he was just dehydrated and hungry. Not realising the small sheen of sweat covering his skin.

"We're filming the rest of the music video today." Corbyn informed Zach once he walked downstairs. The youngest nodded his head. "Here, they decided to change the location." Corbyn told Zach before turning away to eat his breakfast.

Daniel and Jack both came down the stairs at the same time, chasing each other through the backdoor into the garden.

"Don't ask me what happened, I almost got killed walking out of my room." Jonah told the two  boys who were about to ask what had happened. Jonah looked over at Zach and realised he look pale. "You okay Z? You look pale."

Zach nodded his head. 

"I'm fine, I just need to eat something." Zach told Jonah before getting up and grabbing an apple.

Logan had arrived at the house along with the cameras and anyone else who helped film. Zach had started feeling better once he had some water but now he was it was the hottest point of the day, the only way to get out of the heat was to go inside of the house.

Logan was filming at some points and when he wasn't he was watching the filming of the music video. 

Jonah was sat inside as he had no scenes until they needed to go to the beach for his scenes. Daniel was watching Corbyn's film his scenes and Jack was sat inside the house with Jonah, finding it too hot outside.

Zach was on his phone waiting for Logan or someone to tell him that they were ready for his scenes. 

"Corbyn we're done! You might need to get water, you're sweating a lot." Zach heard Logan say. Zach wiped the sweat off of his forehead, realising he was sweating.

"Zach are you ready for your scenes?" Logan came over and asked the fifteen-year-old. Zach nodded his head in response.

"I've been waiting." Zach joked before standing up. As he stood up he went lightheaded for a moment. No one seemed to notice though as they all turned around and started walking towards the area Zach would film. Zach followed them.

Zach was halfway done with filming as they needed to redo his scenes multiple times when Jonah walked up to the crew and said that food was ready to eat.

"We'll continue once we've eaten, I'm starved." Logan said before running to the door, pretending to run into the glass. Everyone chuckled and walked inside. Zach kept it quiet that he wasn't feeling well.

He felt like he was going to throw up and was feeling light-headed. It was getting harder to concentrate throughout the day. 

"I'll feel better after I eat." Zach whispered to himself before walking into the house and getting food. He didn't realise he had gotten less than everybody else, many people didn't mention it though, thinking he had eaten something before or it was just because he was younger he needed less.

"You good Zach? You're very pale." Daniel asked as he walked past Zach. Zach looked at him and nodded his head. The second time today.

"I think it's the makeup or just the fact I'm generally pale." Zach said as he finished his food.

"Zach! Are you ready for your scenes?" Logan asked as he walked over to the smaller male. Zach nodded his head and walked outside to finish.

They had just finished filming Zach's scenes and were walking back to go inside. It was now the hottest part of the day, the sun was beating down everyone who was outside and there was barely any shade anywhere. 

Zach was now feeling the full effects of the heat. He was sweating everywhere but it wasn't doing anything. As Zach was stepping onto the concrete, his light-headedness had gotten too much and he collapsed to the floor, almost hitting his head if Logan wasn't behind him.

"Oh shit! Zach!" Logan exclaimed as he led Zach on the floor. 

Jonah had seen what had happened from the window and had already started running outside. 

"Zach?! Zach?!" Logan was asking to Zach's unconscious figure. Jonah ran over, followed by the rest of the boys. The crew was already surrounding the boy.

"Zach was probably overheating, he's created enough sweat to fill the pool!" Corbyn said as he blocked the sun from Zach's face with his body, sitting on his ankles.

After a few minutes of blocking the sun from Zach, they all decided to take him back inside. Logan knelt down and picked up Zach bridal style, being the one who could lift him up easily. Zach fell limply in Logan's arms, head falling backwards.

"Where should I lie him down?" Logan asked as he walked into the shade. Jonah pointed to the small couch they had. Logan slowly walked over, trying not to hit Zach's legs or head on anything. Once Zach was lying down everyone got ice, cold water and anything they could use to fan him down and keep the youngest cool.

"Should we all leave?" One of the crew asked, "We have all the things we need until we go to the beach later." Everyone said they should go and they would update them if they would continue filming later that day.

It had been over twenty minutes and Zach still wasn't conscious. The only people there was the rest of the Why Don't We boys, Logan and his manager, Jeff. 

"Someone get a thermometer." Jonah said, to which Corbyn obeyed, Jeff, taking over Corbyn's job of fanning Zach. Corbyn came back and took Zach's temperature. 

"101 degrees." Corbyn said.

As Corbyn said this, Zach started moving. 

"Zach?" Jonah asked, "Can you open your eyes for us?"

Zach opened his eyes slowly.

"W-what happened?" he asked once he was slightly more conscious.

"You fainted and overheated." Jonah said. Zach sighed and looked up at the ceiling.

A few hours later, Zach was fine. He stayed inside the rest of the day and kept ice on him, so they were fine to continue vlogging and filming for Jonah's scenes.
