Chapter 6

Alex POV:
After meeting with Leah and Don I make my way over to my cousin as I watch him talk down a girl for her number. " Do you mind if I take him from you" I confidently stated cutting off their conversation. "no not at all" she reply's . " you and Alex girlfriend can talk I'll get back with you" he stated with smirked towards her. She nodded confidently and made her way to my girlfriend. "So I saw you talking over there with Leah" my cousin teased. "It's was nothing serious I just wanted to see how everything is going with her and her family" I replied. "If thats the case then why were you staring at her like that" he stated with a smirk. "Like what" I replied confused on what he's talking about. " Like how an animal stares down its prey". " Dude your were practically seconds a way to pounce on her." "You probably would have if all these people weren't here"My cousin confidently spoke. "I did not look at her in that way I-

BOOM BOOM I hear loud gunshots coming from the front of the building. Shit does this have to happen now. "EVERYONE GET DOWN" my cousin yells. I reach out my jacket pulling out two guns. I walk to one of the women and hand her my gun making sure to keep the other gun for myself . " Get all the women and children out of here I mean all and if you happen to see someone that doesn't belong here shoot them". I state while handing the gun to her. "yes sir" she replies quickly getting up and grabbing all women and children to follow her . As soon as they exit I tell all men to have all hands on deck hopefully everyone got out safely including Leah.

Leah pov
After doing my business I quickly head to the sink to wash my hands. After washing and drying them I hear a loud ding and quickly pull out my phone to see who texted me. Looking at my phone I see my brother texted me and I stare at my phone in shock. The words state ( shoot out be careful dad says be safe and if you have to fight then fight). My feeling of shock quickly turn into frustration. Bruh this is the only time I can go somewhere without doing my job. Now I have to some what do my job because apparently theirs a shoot out. I quickly roll my eyes as I reach in my bag grabbing the extra shoes I packed quickly slipped them on. While also pulling out my gun and other weapons my dad told me to bring. I leave the rest of my belongings in the bathroom but taking the things I need. I walk to the restroom door taking a breath before exiting the restroom getting my body and mind ready for a fight.

As I walked down the long black hallway towards the main ball room. I hear a ton of gun shots. "Oooo this shit serious" I mumbled under my breath making sure I'm not to loud. I reach the main opening peeping over I see several mafia men hiding behind tables and other object. I guess their shooting at the men in black but damn they have terrible aim. I would think them being in the mafia would make them better shooters I guess not. Anyways I look through the crowed of people and see my brother fighting off two men. One men had him pinned and the other had him at gun point. Where the hell is my dad and how the fuck you get in this situation you are a trained assassin. Ahhh I guess the women have to do everything. I looked around for an opening once I saw it I didn't waste any time I just ran towards my brother. As I was running I saw men on both sides staring at me like I grown to heads. As well as others aiming their guns at me. I pulled out my gun and started shooting at the men aiming for me. Not missing any of my shots one by one they all go down. I eventually made my way to my brother shooting the guy that was taunting him with the gun in his head. I pulled the other guy off of my brother. "This is for taunting my brother" I yell punching him in his face causing him to fall to the floor. " And this is for pissing me off" I states again shooting him in the head.

I pull my brother to the ground checking if he's ok. "Are fucking crazy why wasn't your guard up you could've been killed". I angrily stated to him as he looked down at the floor. " I didn't mean for it to happen they came out of no where" he replied tears running down his face. This boy drives me nuts he's young so i can't expect him to know it all." Look I won't tell dad this happened but next time you got to be aware or you'll be killed" I softly spoke as I looked around to find a way out this mess. I feel a tap on my shoulder and I quickly turned around pulling out my gun. But I quickly lowered it as I met eyes with my father. " get your brother out of here Your mom and sister are in the car I told them to pull up at the far end of the parking lot". He stated as he looked at me with confident eyes. " what about you" reply. " I'll be right behind you" he stated as he pushed me to leave. I let out a breath of irritation as I nodded my head.

"Let's get this over with" I stated to my brother. I crawled over to the two men I killed grabbing their guns. I looked around one last time handing my brother a gun. "You got my front I got your back remember all the trainIng we did you got this". I tell my brother he nodded his head. I look around one last time waiting for the right moment and when it came I quickly pulled my brother up telling him to run. As we run shot we're aimed at us left and right but they weren't hitting us. We shot out to them hitting everyone of our targets. We finally made it to the entrance. Opening the door we were met with two big tall men blocking our exit. "mmm look who we have here" one of them states looking at us than looking at me. " your cute what's your name" he confidently stated staring me down causing the other one to turn and look at me with a smirk. " Its none of your business what my name is now can you please let us through" I reply. " someone's a little fiesty why don't you tone it down miss your not leaving here at least alive" the other one jokingly said as they both laughed like it was some type of joke. "how about this if you let my brother go through I'll show you to a good time" I stated looking at them. They both looked at each other then at me "ok we are in your brother can go" one of the men stated. " Go and find mom I'll be behind you" I tell my brother. He ran off not wanting to fight with me over my decision he knows what's coming next.

"ok boys are you ready for some fun" I state catching their attention. "come here hot stuff" he tell me. I walked towards their direction pulling one of the men close to me. He grabs my ass as I bring him closer. I bring my lips to his ear and tell him. "You really think you can handle this heat" while kissing his neck. He groans in response. "ok it's your demise" I tell him before pulling out my knife cutting his neck open. His friend looks at me with completely sock before pulling out his gun. But before he could shoot their was a bullet already through his head. "Thanks dad" I turn around to meet his eye. "You bet not be having sex" he states to me. "You really gonna start this right now we are in the middle of a life and death situation and you worried about me having sex" i stated with anger. " watch you tone with me I'm just letting you know now let's get the hell out of here".

We ran out the front doors and towards the back of the parking lot. Where we found my mom and siblings waiting for us we got in and my mom drove off the lot with high speed. " it was about time I was starting to think you got killed" my sister stated. " you really think a bunch of mafia men can kill us". My dad stated with a grin. " yes I was almost shot in the head if it wasn't for Leah" my brother replied. "welp ding dong you just told on yourself" I yell at my brother. My dad turns around and looks at my brother "we will have a conversation when we get home" my dad tells my brother in a serious tone. " oh my gosh dad we forgot Don and Josh" I yelled causing my mom to pull over. " you don't have to worry about them they are definitely mafia men I watch them kill with my own two eyes and they did not have no remorse and plus after today I don't think they would be coming back over since everyone saw you kill 20 men with two guns". My dad stated looking at me. " if they did expect us to be a not so normal family they really do now". My dad states to the whole family." but don't be sad on the brighter side they know not to mess with us". My brother stated as we all agreed to his comment. I really hope Don and Josh are ok tho. Regardless if they are mafia men or not they are still my friends. I sigh as I lay my head on the window what a eventful night.
