Why did she get all the cool toys? Why did she get all the good grades? Why did she get the hot boyfriends and girlfriends? Why did MELISSA get all the attention? I'm just as pretty, if not prettier, and I'm just as smart, if not smarter, than her! I, Maria, should be the one with everything! I was more deserving!
Melissa cried out in pain. Maria didn't care. It was her punishment. It's what she deserved.
She'll never see Jerry again.
She'll never get that car she always wanted.
She'll never get the grades she got from cheating.
And Maria would finally have the chance to get everything she wanted as she watched Melissa squirm before all her blood finally poured out below her.
Maria did love Melissa. They were sisters. But Melissa couldn't care less about what Maria wanted. Melissa couldn't care less about Maria.
So why was Maria crying?
